Remington Jet Setter 2000 Hair Dryer

I bought this hair dryer to go in my suitcase for a trip I was taking. It has a folding handle, so it's compact and easy to pack. Even though it's a travel hair dryer it's powerful, so I'm happy it does everything my home hairdryer does.

great product, ideal for travelling – it has dual voltage and is small enough to be properly portable with the folding handle. I assume if it's used at 110 volts on 240 volts it has no automatic cutoff. So be careful with that. Blows hard for a little item at a good price point. Show details

My go to dryer. Powerful and convenient to use – 2000W power makes it powerful enough to dry long hair. Takes around 6-7 min to completely dry my hair on speed 2. Have been using for last 3 years. Can't complain for the price. Show details

Cheap and quick – Been using it for the past two weeks and bring with me when I travel. Does the job and easy to carry. However, its lack of few features. Overall, I'm happy with the product.

Wife used it for many years – My wife finally replaced this after using it pretty much every day for the past three years. That's pretty good going for something that was only intended as a travel hair dryer. It was working fine when she threw it out but had lost a bit of power due to being all clogged up with dust. She has a shiny new full sized Remington now but the little travel dryer never missed a beat.

Small and strong – This is a great little hairdryer. It folds so can be taken on holiday and it is light and easy to use. Although small it still has plenty of power and heat. An excellent buy.

Every day use – Hi I think this dryer is great that I have bought 2 as when you buy something you like they then discontinue it. It’s not expensive and my first one is still going strong.

Used Every Day – I just upgraded to another Remington but I still have this and used it every day solidly for a year. That is impressive as it was only ever bought as a travel hair dryer. It just works and I was so used to styling my hair with it I could do it in my sleep. The only negative I found was the dust pad at the end clogged up easily and needed regular cleaning but apart from that it is a super reliable compact dryer. No complaints at all

Love it – It’s perfect, does the job. Have had it for a long time & it’s never given up on my long long hair. Good for travel too as I take it whenever I travel.

Good value – It's light and the temperature is good. I use it on almost daily basis and it's been 3 years, still works really well. It's definitely reliable, good value for money.

1st unit was smokey – I bought another unit after the first one started blowing smoke from the rear. It was out of warranty unfortunately. I went out to find one that would fit in same drawer and came home with the jetsetter yet again. The head folds down which is quite unique, and I'm hoping the new unit doesn't have the same flaw. The simple two settings gets the job done.

Value for Money – I have used several hair dryers but found this one as one of the best hair dryer. It is equipped with thermostat which maintains the temperature and automatically reset and doesn't require maintenance.

Great value for money – Great value, light weight and foldable making it very compact and definitely great for travelling. The air is very strong and doesn't take long for my dad's hair to dry. Been in use for a few months and everything seems fine.

Great for the price – I just wanted a simple hair dryer as I do water colour painting, and needed something to help dry the paint. There is nothing fancy with this hair dryer, and it just does the job it's supposed to.

As good as the expensive one – Very good hair dryer specially for the price. Has other fittings as well and is handy. I am very pleased with it. Perfect for everyday use. I got an extra 20% off so can't complain.

Its an ok hair dyer for the price – For the price, it is great, however it does shut off when it gets "too hot" this can be both good and bad. Good because I assume it protects the hair from damage, but bad because it is time consuming to start and stop hair drying; especially when trying to straiten hair.

Inexpensive – I had one that I used for more than 5 years and as it got older some parts fall off but I think it last well and worked well during this time so I replaced it with another one. I found this does the job, it is compact, doesn't take much space as the big ones and the price is right. Other are overprice and all of them do the same. I like this little hairdryer that works exactly like the big ones

Not Good – It worked well for the first couple of weeks of getting it and then all of a sudden the heat/speed weakens and it now takes ages to dry my hair. Loud for sure! Wouldn't recommend it

Too loud, no heating – I bought a Remington Jet Setter 2000 from Myer January 2016. It has very loud noise and it doesn't below warm/heat air. Its selection buttons are very hard to use. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Very light and compact – Bought this to take with me for when I went travelling. It is very light and folds to be compact and doesn't skimp on power/strength. It is not weak and would recommend it.

First impressions are lasting – Remington Jet Setter has merit for those of us that need to present in out positions in the workforce. When I know that I have a meeting with a client or and interstate trip the Remington goes to work. It dry my hair in a matter of time and gives me confidence to close the deal.
