Kitchen Capital has rebranded to Renovation Capital.
Seamless process. Deliveries and Trades arrived on time and were friendly, helpful and respectful. Very Happy with the whole process and would definitely recommend to anyone.
Elyce Reid was our designer and first contact person at Renovation Capital and helped us completely renovate 2 bathrooms and a powder room. She was always attentive, responsive and helpful. quickly put a design in place, after a few tweaks we had what we wanted and the end product matched, the renovation i would think was a complex one due to the different trades and variables on the project, the work was cared out on a second floor of a double storey home and we had building works, flooring, windows put in, walls removed, before the kitchen works which consisted of cabinets, electrical, plumbing, bench tops and splash backs. The different trades seemed to work well with each other and generally the project run smoothly, any issues Nathan and Rodney were quick to take on board and find a solution. We also went with Nicole's suggestion of using Hart and Co for our appliances, we found them very easy to work with and they went above and beyond to make our ideas work, the whole project was completed pretty quickly in around 3 months, which considering we had multiple works from different trades and relying on certain parts to be completed before moving forward was great to experience. Our only issue if we were being picky would be lack of communication, I myself like to know what is happening every step of the way and some times emails and calls were not answered and a couple of times trades arrived that we were not expecting, but I guess that is why you hire a complete solutions company to run the project, overall very happy with our new kitchen and would highly recommend Renovation Capital for any renovation whether complex or small. Nathan, Rodney and the army of trades were all respectful of our property and our availability, keeping it clean and functioning while we lived through the renovation. A special mention to the trades that did most of the work, Evan, Sam, Johnno and Adam as these guys really did quality work and we would be happy to have any of them back for further work.
We were first time renovators, and we were guided well by the team. Nathan was also very accommodating when we asked for a panel to be changed to a different colour after the job was complete, and I would not expect that to be done without extra cost from many businesses.

and entertainment unit. We cannot speak highly enough of RC, they even came in and did the demolition whilst we were away. Rodney was our building supervisor and together he and Cinzia scheduled and supervised the work. The tradies were all amazing, they came when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves, although my Husband was a pretty good TA too and pretty handy with the mop. We had contracted out the painting and floor sanding ourselves but RC fitted in and together we ended up an amazing kitchen, laundry and TV unit. The quality of the work was second to none. We would not hesitate to recommend RC to anyone.

Jasmin made the whole process easy and even when I completely changed my design this didn’t upset her at all, just bringing in an updated quote and vision. Throughout the design process she was always very responsive and patient with our questions and changes both in person and over email. She was always open to different ideas, but also helpful with her own suggestions along the way. She was also very thorough in her design; there were many tiny details she proactively included or asked us about to ensure that the kitchen would be functional the way we wanted it. We've been using our kitchen now for a few weeks, and love how it looks and functions, so clearly the design process went well!
We also worked with Pete as our site supervisor. Pete too was very responsive and patient with questions. Any concerns or questions we raised he thoughtfully considered, and repeatedly asked for feedback on the build process. We also like the trades Renovation Capital sent out; everyone was professional and tidy. The electricians in particular were thoughtful in providing suggestions on site that improved the look and function of the kitchen. We had a few small issues in the build process, and build took a little longer than originally planned, but all issues were addressed promptly and to be honest these things are to be expected.
Finally, we appreciated the clarity and attention to detail in the process overall with Renovation Capital. Renovation Capital provides a lot of detail in the quoting process, and was very transparent and clear on the scope of the project and how it would go, which gave a lot of peace of mind.

Our kitchen actually looks the exact same as the original design that Caitlin showed us!! The renovation, although it took longer than anticipated was led by Pete, who would always listen to our queries, help in facilitating a couple of tweaks (moving a massive island bench slightly -200mms one way!) and assisted in providing all top- notch trades people ! We had an issue with a bulkhead, which was not the fault of Renovation capital or the cabinet maker, but they found a solution, at no extra cost to us. Excellent customer service and fast install – We were doing a renovation under tight timeline and Peter delivered from concept to install in about 7 weeks.
