highly recommend to people trying to rent a property to approach Rental Results because: I found as a single mother with a teenage son Daphne was immediately contactable in an emergency and very easy to talk with when incidents happen, she gave me concise clear instructions on what to photograph and what to do to secure the property when we recently had an emergency with a very heavy glass door. Daphne immediately sought and spoke with tradesman to render assistance and deal with the problem after hours, during a bad thunderstorm. She took the extra step to call me and check we were ok. Wonderful ! The kindness and consideration Daphne showed to myself and my son has earnt my loyalty to the company Daphne is always on time and extremely thorough when completing an inspection. She follows up to make sure we have acted on any requests after she has viewed our unit...She does have an eye for detail. I have not used this company before so I can't comment on any of the other property managers listed with them, but I can certainly recommend Phil.

Very professional service. Our property manager is Phil and he immediately stepped up and achieved the result we were after almost immediately. He’s quick to respond to emails/messages and basically just gets on with doing what needs to be done, with minimal fuss. Thoroughly recommend

they made me believe they had (I live in Sydney, the property is in Melbourne, received and invitation to attend routine inspection, told them I couldn't be there and to send me a photographic report, kept chasing them for the report which they said they would send through but never did). With Sharon: she performed the routine inspection once I appointed her and sent me the report the next day, I know who I'm dealing with (with previous agency, I had about 6 people named as my property manager and that changed all the time); I don't have to chase Sharon to chase the tenant if I notice the rent is late as she would have already been on top of it before I noticed and informed me (in contrast, I wouldn't hear from my previous agency unless I reached out).

Lack of response – Online property rental enquiry, Sydney office, response within a few hours, asking when i would like to see, it, even though I had mentioned that in the enquiry. So i answer, 3 times. No response, and a week later property is still available Helloooooo.

Desperate – I advertised one of my properties on Gumtree. I've had six cold calling sales calls from 5 different rent 360 people/numbers. I am no longer even being polite. So desperate so disorganised so annoying. No chance i would use this company.

What a relief – Rent360 Helped find amazing property managers, whom actually have an interest in managing the property. Rent360 did well to snag this Newcastle based outfit, and they have both lived up to and surpassed all expectation. I had another agent whom preached a lot of numbers, but when it was crunch time zero service. These guys are both all over everything and have an innovative approach.
