am extremely disappointed with the work. The bumper still has alignment issues, scratches that were already discussed during the assessment stage were not fixed, and the TPMS sensor problem is still there. When I questioned this, the employee told me, “The mechanic checked it and said it’s not because of the crash but a Subaru issue.” That makes no sense since the TPMS warning only came on after the accident.

This is not professional work; it feels poorly done and rushed. I trusted that my car would be repaired properly, but instead I’ve been left with unresolved issues and more frustration. Not pleased with this experience.

only went above and beyond to find a solution but also promised to call me as soon as there was an update, all the while remaining courteous and friendly, despite anticipating a potentially difficult customer. True to her word, she rang me that afternoon to advise the repair had been done. This is what customer service should look like.

Great service – Had a small problem with a repair that had been done twelve months ago and drove into Repairhub without an appointment. Chris attended to it strait away and worked on my car for about half an hour and sorted it all out for me without any hassles at all. I was most impressed with the service.

there was damage done to the wheel cover of my car due to another car running into it that there was a difference in one side of the wheel cover to the other in regards to more space between the wheel cover and the door on oneside then the otherside. When I asked about it when I came to pick it up and noticed this had not changed. They said that they didn't know if this was normal or not and "Would need to compare it to another Ford Ecosport". They suggested that I go myself and see if another Ecosport also had this same difference. This is incredulous and very unprofessional. So my reply was I don't think people would like me creeping around their car - they may think I am trying to do something to it. Really! This was their suggestion!
