G'Day Michael, I was able to transfer the money from my Resolution Life account to my Australian bank account. It was a very frustrating and took a very time and intentionally created to make extremely difficult for a customer to get their OWN money back. I will never recommend anyone investing in Resolution Life.
Resolution Life is the worst ever company, they are thieves and do not care about their customers.
Michael the best way to get your super secure is to not deal directly with Resolution Life. Set up a new account with another trusted reputable Super company in Australia, you can do this on their website. I used Australian Retirement Trust. ART then identify who you on their website ie with Driver's Licence or Passport, they will then access and verify direct with ATO your money, which you can then have them transfer to their Fund management. You will have rescued your money into a safe place. You can then organise to keep it in that Fund or transfer to your bank.
Has anyone else received a letter from Resolution Life requesting account details so they can deposit an extra payment amount? I just want to made sure this a legitimate letter. To many scams around these days.
Hi Louise Resolution Life wouldn't pay for dog food i wouldn't trust anything to do with these thieves,i have been fighting them for years and the lies are incredible if they are going to pay you they will let you know if that ever happens good luck,i would get away from them as fast as you can

Still having trouble logging into my Life insurance Policy . My email address was changed from rascosales@picknowl.com.au to rascosales@outlook.com a few months ago and since then have been unable to login ? get your policy reviewed and get away from them asap
Been a member for 30 years when our circumstances have changed and asked to cancel our policies. We were sent forms to fill in and return. We have done as asked they haven't cancelled our policy and continue to take out money every month. When will this company reply .... Watch this space for an update.
Write to state ombudsmen and complaint. Lodge a formal complaint online.

AFCA - submit an online complaint. There's already many reported so do it and AFCA will handle it for you. Then submit a complaint with ACCC as they are using dishonest business practices.
Omg, I’ve been trying to reduce/adjust my life insurance for 8 weeks now as I was paying huge amounts for more cover than necessary, the shockingly slow service got me wondering if they would even pay out a claim if you had one, and I came across all this negative reviews! Go to ATO online through your MyGov account. You can transfer to another pre-existing super account if you have one. Otherwise, set up a new account with another fund and they can complete a rollover for you.

Yes.... You need to contact the ombudsman and ACA. They're under investigation with ICAC already.
What is ACA? Surely there must be Senior Staff that we could contact at Resolution Life.

We are trying to roll our policy over from this mob to another, Resolution advised there'd be astronomical exit fees, is this legal?? If it is that's crap, it's like holding us for ransom

I don’t know. I only had life insurance and there has been no mention of an exit fee (so far).

Why is it that after 31 years of have an investment and life insurance account my life insurance on my child was taken off and my personal life insurance was reduced to nearly zero without my knowledge on my first statement since changing from AMP .PLEASE EXPLAIN I ASK .I will be waiting for your reply with great anticipation.
