that the cladding used was always known as combustible. Our building was completed in 2015. So since 2019 to now, we have been living in a potential towering info. Cladding replacement just started 5 years after being notified. He only notified us to stop using bbqs late November 2022. If that was the case, my only question is why didn't he investigate it when reported, and would our building have still been under builders warranty? I am still stumped as to why we wouldn't have investigate this issue. DO NOT BUY INTO A BUILDING THAT [Name Removed] has anything to do with. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. ITS NOT WORTH YOUR MENTAL HEALTH. He uses his building manager to face his lies. He blocked me so I can no longer ask questions. His man is afraid to be questioned by ppl that pay his salary. WTH is going on with councils, strata managers and developers? This country is one apathetic bag of liars. Strata managers continue to lead the way.

illegal motion trying to stop some owners doing legal works that NCAT rescinded? Were you part of the committee that illegally blocked the commencement of private works for 44 days. During the works the SC wrote to the owners saying “we have stopped the works” because they did not provide a structural engineers drawing for the scaffold – this requirement does not exist. Then the SC wrote again to the owners saying “we have stopped the works” because the people doing the private works did not provide a drainage diagram – they were enclosing their balconies and laying carpet – no drainage necessary. Never did the SC write to the owners to apologise. They called Council to complain – nothing came of it, they called the certifier – nothing came of it, they called the window supplier – all mischief making because they didn’t like what was being done, legally. The SC even asked one of these suppliers to charge the people doing the private works for their time wasting. This went on and on and on until the people doing the private works were forced to apply for a compulsory strata manager. These are the facts Moved On so stop complaining about Results as they took their instructions from the SC and that is what they are required to do.

And, Dear Moved On you now know how financially painful having a compulsory SM has been. First step the CSM increased the levies by 14%. Our good suppliers were fired, our user pays laundry system has been disbanded thus financially disadvantaging 50% of the owners. Their schedule B fees are more than double their normal fee. It has been a truly horrible journey and I hope you are sorry for the part you played in this debacle.

So, there is no on-line portal. Portal’s cost money and I can provide you with a number of strata managers that have on-line portals but are not good managers. If you compare what you paid Results against what you are paying now you will find that you are being charged something like three times what Results charged and getting three times less value.

change as we were in a defects claim with a remedial builder who were appointed to rectify our original defects. Yes, that right defects claim after a defects claim. Anthony advised us we had 2 options 1 to pay for the repairs and move on with life or fight another claim. He advised he would work hard to support any decision we made and get the best outcome if he was appointed. Well we appointed him and in 1 and ½ years he delivered. Our original claim was for $900,000.00 and we were awarded $800,000.00 we spent $960,000.00. Today we were awarded $3,740,000.00 from the insurers which was the maximum claimable amount on the policy. Thank You Anthony. Anthony is not always the most polite person to deal with, he is often short and abrupt and I have come to appreciate this as everything Anthony has told me will happen has come true. He often says let me do what I do! I will never have any doubts about him. Some people just want to do their job without unnecessary interruptions or roadblocks. I have recommended Anthony to all my friends and family, with a warning. Let him do what he does best, His job!

Good strata manager, gets stuff done – We have been a client of Result PG for many years. Anthony is an knowledgeable and experienced strata managing agent. He has a pragmatic no-nonsense approach to dealing with owners corporation issues (including conflicts among lot owners). He provides good support to our executive committee.

Excellent service and go above and beyond to help – RPG are extremely professional, efficient and always go above and beyond to assist no matter what time of day or day. the seals on external doors need replacing. Three weeks later, work isn’t done. Tonight more rain, more water in and somehow I am chasing RPG on what’s happening? Wet carpets, doors that aren’t watertight and a wall starting to crumble. I’ve had to take time off work drying carpet, I’ve had to delay selling my home, I’ve had to live with furniture displaced away from the windows in a small apartment waiting and waiting for action.

Worst Strata Manager – Very disappointed with [Name Removed] disrespect to owners and tenants. He believes he is above the law and disregards other people's opinions. Lack of care for maintenance of the building is noticeable.

Appalling – My experience of this strata manager is one of the worst I have ever had. Totally disinterested in customer service and doesn't appear to understand even the most basic management functions.

Having since moved into an extremely dysfunctional strata management situation I can only say how lucky I was to have RPG! Earlier suggestions on this site, that any part of the re-cladding was unnecessary and proceeded with simply because RPG management wanted to do it is rabbit nonsense. Strata committees are there to provide oversight, checks and balances hence their close scrutiny is a matter of public record as are the audited accounts of how Lot owners moneys are spent. Baseless allegations of mismanagement are simply untrue and hurtful for those who give their time freely to supervise Strata Management activities. We value the help and guidance RPG provide

A terrible strata management company – My property has been flooded many times since earlier 2021. Until now two of my tenants have been evacuated cause over 75% of the property has been flooded during the heavy rains. The leaking issue cannot be fixed cause they don't have enough funds to arrange the job. This problem not only happened on my property.

also rely on the argument that tenants aren't allowed to speak to strata managers to avoid having to deal with your genuine concerns. A real "computer says no" mentality. They'll happily engage in email back and forths but won't lift a finger. If you're looking for a proactive, intelligent, easy to deal with strata manager - look elsewhere - AVOID!

Outstanding Service and Professionalism – I don't usually write reviews but after dealing with Result Property Group and an issue I had with some repairs during the recent storms, I had too. They were so helpful and kept my stress levels down the entire way through. Every person within their office that I dealt with from receptionist to the manager was outstanding and so professional, they got straight to the point and rectified my problem. I am so grateful I have them as my managers.

Complete lack of understanding who the client is – My experience of the Result Property Group is that it does not understand issues like who the client is or what amounts to conflicts of interest. I have received e-mails which suggest the management of this group does not understand the relationship between client and service provider. When there is a complete lack of trust between client and service provider it is interest of both parties to just move on.
