cancel each appointment. Would not budge or refund. I will never use these guys again. Feels like they are happy to steal your money and wrap it up in a bow of terms.

There appears to be a high staff turnover and poor communication from management. I’ve had multiple appointments cancelled without explanation, and requests for a refund were refused. Staff experience is inconsistent—some are excellent, while others seem disengaged. Show details

dealt with a different customer service lady at head office(very rude) and she basically said too bad you have forfeited your money and we will not provide the service or you give you a refund.

I will not recommend results laser clinic ever again and will not be a return customer. I have contacted consumer affairs about this also.

paid hundreds I thought I would take the credit and ensure in my next session I would speak up if the same unhygienic issues occurred. I wrote asking if the credit expires and was told it never does. I recently went to my local store to book in sessions and was told it was expired and they cant book it so I went and wrote to customer service (who I had been speaking to) and followed this up. I was told it was expired and there was nothing they could do. I have followed up with several emails and not 2 reply!! I will be taking it further, as I have been very patient considering the experience I had in my first few sessions and now having over $400 basically TAKEN from with no services provided, I am beyond fuming.

PLEASE DO NOT BOTHER ENGAGING WITH THIS COMPANY

They burned my skin twice – I told the girl that I was feeling a lot of pain. Her answer: This is meant to hurt. I had to insist her to reduce the heat. No results and badly burnt – This place is cheap but terrible I went to bayside Frankston. High staff turnover and noone knows what they are doing. burnt because they turned up the machine when they shouldn't have and now I'm scared all over my legs after the scabs fell off. Head office refunded my packages and offered 3 led Treatments which did nothing to stop the burns on my legs and yet every single appointment they booked the times got rescheduled on their end. No monetary compensation offered despite terrible scaring. They are impossible to deal with. I would avoid this place of you actually want results or care about your skin.

So it’s like your money is taken but customer service is not serviceable either at clinics or even at customer service. Very attentive manager – I have been getting skin needling treatments on a regular basis and am extremely happy with the improvement in my skin and i believe a big part of it is the attentiveness of the person undertaking my treatment. She is very thorough and wants to make sure I’m happy with the session. A friend of mine also purchased the same treatment on Thursday, and she received the 60% discount, which confirmed that the promotion was already active that day.

I contacted the head office via email on Friday to explain the situation, but instead of addressing it properly, they insisted that the 60% promotion only started on Friday. This is simply not true, as both my friend and I saw—and purchased—the treatment on Thursday. They also ignored the details I provided and kept repeating the same incorrect information.

I expected honesty, transparency, and fair pricing from a clinic offering medical-grade services. Unfortunately, this was not my experience.

Mt Gravatt (Brisbane) used to be really good. The ladies have left, service has rapidly declined. They aren't open as much, never answer the phone, takes weeks to get an appointment, which the cancel. If you are lucky enough to get an appontment, expect to wait at least 1/2 hour. Rude lady at the front. Tried to get my money back, they wouldn't refund - they couldn't care less. Plenty of other salons with good service at Garden City. Show details

known that this is a usual issue, I wouldn't have bought these packages. I should have had four sessions but I had to re-schedule in 3 of those sessions because the therapist was away and thus, their clinic had to close for the day. When I commented that they are often close on a Monday, this woman told me that they can't control their staff's absences. True! But they should at least realize and apologize for the inconvenience that they are causing and make amends by extending the due date of the package. I have to agree with the so many comments that I read here, the therapist that I have had don't seem knowledgeable of what they are doing and they give very minimal effort. I have been to so many clinics (my previous therapist went to another state and thus I ended up with Results Laser Clinic Merrylands) but for the amount that I paid for my packages here, I got 45 minutes per session more service in the other clinics. They only do 15 minutes as compared to an hour from the other clinics. The packages include a LED but there is NO effort done in a LED treatment, all that's done there is expose you to the lights. The prices of Results Laser Clinic are the same as in the other clinics.

It appears that this staff member is solely responsible for all clinic operations in every state of Australia and was unable to escalate my concerns to a senior representative. Instead, they suggested that I pursue external avenues for further support.

I am saddened by the company's lack of advocacy for its customers. It is evident that a learning and development team is needed to provide staff with empathy training, as we all require this at some point.

I apologize if I have said anything hurtful, but by not providing a $60 repeat session, you have lost at least three family members as future patients.

Additionally, your staff claimed they reviewed video recordings and found no evidence that I received less treatment time compared to my wife. If I had received the same service, why would I have reached out to express my disappointment in the first place?

I am requesting access to the video recordings for my records. Please organize to send them to my email. If you cannot provide them, I would like to escalate this issue further, as it is now an ethical right for me to do so.

Please refrain from telling customers that they received a complimentary service, as every customer always pays for the products they are convinced to purchase.

When i called up to get some help, wasn't going to help at all and consider any circumstances, e.g. i was sick, my older daughter was/is away, said nothing they can do.

I remember I went into the store and make sure the transfer of the balance happens back in Sept/Oct 24. I had the balance sit in the account and thinking I will use it to purchase something later. when i get around to it and the balance is gone. I didn't get any text messages or emails to notify me my money is expiring. they said they text my older daughter, first the money wasn't in her account if they did transfer the balance to my other daughter's account, second, they should be well aware of she is not in Australia. So the fact that they claimed they texted her about the balance is useless. Then they claimed that I have used the money to purchase another package which I didn't, hence the package has expired without me knowing. I wasn't told or made aware of any of these happened and all they can say was there isn't anything they can do. I don't think it's fair and they are not taking any accountability of any of these. and it's not a credit and it's not a package, it's money that I actually paid, why would my money be expired??

I informed Jill I would be contacting consumer affairs ombudsman and she told me she want scared or worried if that. Clearly obvious this company does not care for customer service and future pricing clients for return service. They have stillen over $500.

packages extended for a month so that I can use them without expiring and encouraged to purchase add on LED light treatments. Then turned up for the appointment and was told that they had expired and head office was not informed of any extension and had to purchase full priced new treatments. Completely rude and unprofessional when calling head office and told it was my fault when they train their staff to promise things and upsell knowing the treatments won't go ahead. Lack of detail and care with laser treatments. Quick to rush you out. The worst is Parramatta and Burwood branches and the head office who have one rule for one person and another for someone else based. being told my package had expired on the day of my appointment.

I dont understand how a ,package can expire if I have been attending all my appointments and ,had purchased 12 x sessions at once.

I was being told by the girls that I only had to attend every 8 weeks which I followed through but only to find out I had 1 session left and my package expired.

I will not be going back to Results laser clinic anymore and they have lost a customer.

Poor customer service by the head office. I spoke to Elisa and Nicola who was not helpful at all.

Company policy is completely unreasonable and unjustified. On what grounds is it ever ok for a company to take money for unfulfilled service(s)!!
