Fraser. Took approx 18 months to get the main items complete . ( I would class as minor items ) Has been a further 14 months to try and sort and vinyl floor issue, no resolution or communication as yet . Think they are relying on me getting worn down with the process over time , I’ll just have to give up and go away . We do like our van, however the after sales service is non excitant. LRV Perth have a very poor after sale service record . No signs of customer service !!

The quality of the caravans have been 2nd to none and we are ordering our 3rd caravan which again is another Retreat. Build quality, colours, finishes and more have been far better than some other brands we have had.

We love the way they ride on the road, and tow really great behind all the different cars we’ve had from LC200 to Ram2500.

We would recommend them to anyone! It’s a home away from home.

Not interested in people after being paid – Retreat caravans Campbellfield are difficult to deal with after sales we had several problems now caravan being just over six year old paint deterioration from under paint oxidising from Alluminium RV Response out off our hands No it’s not. Not at All very poor after sales be warned

Poorly made product – Materials for this van where substandard and the warranty that was attached was much of the same, I would recommend not buying this companies vans Show details

Built to our plan – We picked up our van from Wagga caravans at gumly gumly We had a green service and took delivery of a great van. We have loaded it with full water tanks and everything we need eg. Gen set Webber chairs etc. the weight is perfect with 200 kg to spare. Our Ranger space cab pulls it fine. Very pleased and very happy with hand over. Wagga team could not do enough for us over the 10 month waiting period. Show details

Worst piece of Crap I have owned – 2015 Fraser purchased new. Biggest purchasing mistake we ever made. Leaked from new. Replaced ceiling under warranty but had to return from Brisbane to Melbourne to repair. Washing machine hose burst after 9 months and flooded van. 2 windows replaced later. twice at our expense as to stressful dealing with company. Now van is so badly water damage it is unrepairable. Only good for parts now

Retreat Whitsunday 219SEB – Purchased a new 2021 Retreat Whitsunday bunk van. When I took delivery of the van tail lights did not work, hot water element was faulty and tripped circuit break, water pumped leaked. This was all on the first trip. it goes to after hours answer machine. Really disappointed and definitely not going with Retreat for our next van.

never again – purchased a new retreat daydream in 2012 had problems with it from day one weights were all wrong tank placements had to be changed the tow ball weight was 380 kg illegal for my car retreat were most unhelpful and in fact their smart alec attitude was disgraceful will never buy another of their caravans Show details

Terrible customer service – Terrible customer service, failed to fix a problem thats has been broken since August 2020 after having the van for over 4 months. Terrible service. They just dont want to know. after many phone call and emails no reply. Would not recommend them to anyone. We love the caravan (frazer)

Retreat Keppel 2014 OFF ROAD, Comfort that followers you everywhere!!!!! – Picked up brand new Keppel in July 2014, first night pump and sink drain pipe leaked and problems with the tv. All these problems were repaired within the first week within 3months cracks appeared around the door, drawers came off the runners, and some cracking appeared in the welds of the A frame, the van was taken back to Melbourne and modified… Read more

after a heated discussion. 6 years on we now have new cracks appearing in the skin, have been talking to retreat waiting to see what they are going to offer us. In August 2018 we had the A frame replaced ourselves, G&S were not sympathetic said they had lost all the paperwork to our earlier repairs. G& S not a good company to deal with.also the warranty Retreat department are very hard to deal with.
