I seen the advertisement on Facebook and thought I'd give them a go. When they attempted to take a payment it wasn't for the amount offered which was from memory $20.00, it was double that amount. thought worst case scenario it’s not too much to take a chance with right?? I was WRONG. $7.16 turned immediately into $40 (us) so in one month I got charge via PayPal both amounts with the $40 ongoing. I can absolutely assure you there was No notifications about this and the online process must have been so tricky as I’m sure I read everything I could to ensure this wouldn’t happen. I was so sure I took my eye off the ball and wasn’t checking my account. They managed to get 600 US dollars. BEWARE of these guys. They are very good at this. absolute fraud of a company. I pay $7 for a 1 week diet plan and never received the plan. Then without my knowledge or permission they took a further $40 for a reoccurring plan I never agreed to or knew about. Horrible people and dishonest company. Avoid.

Be very wary of Reverse Health. You think you are buying a one off subscription then then start automatic payments in your account. The next lot of money they take is doubled what you pay the first time. Do not signed up for this app. I signed up for a 6mth trial, cancelled after one month so I would not be charged a renewal fee and have found myself charged after six months. When I emailed asking for a refund, I received a prompt response but no offer of refund. Disappointed to say the least.

Signed up and then noticed meal plans included food that I didn’t request and also gluten so not appropriate. Customer service response was quick but despite my stating that the program meal plan does not address my personal needs (esp OMAD) 2 different representatives keep trying to get me to upgrade to a year long premium program and are really not listening to my main OMAD concern.
