Darrell took the time to thoroughly assess the task. He examined the entire pipe with his video camera and checked all the junctions from each house. He showed us the video as he shot it, explaining every aspect and answering questions from different households patiently and clearly. He later came back to meet with the other households involved and answer still more questions; nothing was too much trouble.

It was clear throughout that Darrell had a vast amount of plumbing knowledge and had encountered all the issues which our job presented many times before. He and his crew were always on time, polite, professional and extremely hard working. His ability to explain every aspect of the task to a lay audience was impressive, and reassuring in helping us understand what was happening at each step.

In our case, the process of obtaining a quote had made it clear that Revolution were more impressive than some other providers in the market. This initial impression was borne out during the job and beyond.

I was very impressed particularly given that I had 4 other plumbers physically visit the site and all had recommended relining as the only option.
