the staff has been cooperative and has informed us at the completion of each stage. From architects, to interior/exterior designer and construction supervisor everyone is very knowledgeable to help the clients with their customization requirements & individual needs. We have been able to achieve excellent home design for our single storey home along with high entry solid wooden door with large pull handle, quality German kitchen appliances and best fixtures in ensuite and bath rooms. Construction took 6 months and I got my house keys in middle of 2018 & there is not any single issue with the house. Moreover, our property value has increased dramatically, and house is worth lot more than what we paid. Huge thanks to everyone involved from directors to the rest of the staff who helped us to build our dream home!

I would say that buying your first home in the life comes with challenges and everything can not be 100 percent perfect, however with the help of Rex Homes team of architects, planners, engineers and construction, we are able to achieve good out come for the budget project. Due to customization, initially the process looks slow, however it is worth spending extra weeks to get the best outcome for your dollars. Our Kitchen and family area is spacious and upstairs has been well designed in a way that we are able to get nice views of hills. House has been built structurally strong and we have been able to do site inspection during construction process without any hinder.

Overall finish of the house has come well as we have put new furniture in and nicely laid tiles along with other flooring makes the looks of the inside of the house stunning. I would highly recommend Rex Homes team as they are flexible and reasonable in price.

I think we have a wonderful outcome and a quality budgeted home from Rex Homes.

During construction period, supervisor kept us in loop and updated us with the progress of all stages, we were able to inspect the house. We are happy with the roller door in garage and high ceilings with modern facade. We signed up fixed price building contract and paid nothing extra as every thing was delivered as per fixed tender.
