hope and did not anticipate this offer after reaching out other plumbers - all at significant cost - I would have thought those plumbers would need to buy all tools in order to do this job). Moreover, on the agreement of the quote, Marc offered to start right away on the day. He completed all tasks very efficiently and also explained and shared me generosity a lot of ideas and knowledge on the how to.

I highly appreciate Marc and the team for the communication, quality service and at affordable prices. Rhino has definitely become my mostly preferred plumber if any requests arise. I also highly recommend Rhino team to others.

Unlike others that a 5 star review feedback may be entitled for some sort of discount. This is not the case for Rhino teams. Rhino teams can be counted on.

They price very reasonably. They are not sharks like others. One shark quoted me $6k for the same job Rhino quoted me for just $1500. Can u believe that?! And for less than $4k, they fixed my sewer pipes, fixed two locations of stormwater pipes, removed blockage, installed new storm pit, jet blasting camera and not to mention cutting on concrete, digging about 2m! Arrived on time! Did as they said. Worked the whole day! Reconcreted and removed trade waste. Cleaned up! They only took short breaks. Very dedicated to their job. Finished in one day. Special thanks to Marc , Richie and Ali. Very polite and friendly people. Don't judge how young or old they are. They know their job very well and patient enough to explain them to you. People don't call anyone else if you truly value your property and hard earned money. Good people still exist with rhino plumbers. If there are sharks in the ocean of plumbing, I would call rhino plumbers the dolphins! I don't normally give reviews, only on exceptional ones. No result at all – I called Rhino to unblock an underground storm water pipe. Two men came, ran a jet-blaster, assured me that the problem resolved, took money and left. another plumber, Sydney's Drain Men to help, and all was done perfectly.) Then I called Rhino back and asked to give partial refund for the bad job with no result. Instead I heard a "lecture" that jet-blasting is not supposed to actually solve problems... so I should not have naively expected the pipe cleared. What could I do? Just write this account for the potential customers to be aware.

Possibly the worst plumber I've seen – I was quoted $300 for a toilet install. expansion foam around the waste pipe that was difficult. $400 was taken by installer. I came home to find toilet was seriously crooked. I took photos of this and sent to Rhino including shots showing that the cistern was 25mm off the wall on one side 35mm on the other. More than just crooked silicon was everywhere and it was a terrible job. I asked for this to be repaired and reinstalledI was called by the installer, with a thousand excuses as to what was wrong, he didn’t want to come and reinstall it, nor did he want to return my cash, I was not supplied with a receipt which I had asked for.So I’d paid more than I was quoted for a job that was terribly done. After much complaining installer came back a week later to reinstall he said he would require some packers which I was happy to supply as I am a joiner and I have packers for kitchen installs. I was left with silicon more than a foot from the toilet smeared across the tiles right around the base. A couple of silicon hand prints on the vanity and damage to the frame of the shower screen that I had removed so that there would be no impediments to the reinstall.I was just happy to have them out of my life and took photos and proceeded to clean up alot of the silicon as best I could from all over my bathroom. In the weeks since, A bad smell has been coming from the toilet, getting worse and worse as well as small moths. I have a small inspection camera and I stuck it behind the toilet as there is still quite a gap between cistern and wall o see that the toilet is not properly sitting in the rubber seal on the p trap. I called Rhino to ask to have this rectified, I was asked to never call them again and abruptly hung up on. I never raised my voice, I paid more than I was quoted, I was treated like the shit that should be flushed down the toilet they so poorly installed. Toilet installs should be a plumbers bread and butter. If you can’t do this job competently with a client that has made your life easier and paid you well you don’t deserve to be in business. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER FOR ANY JOB! I can provide photos for reference if required.

Should not be in business – I accepted a $3000.00 stormwater job they turned up all young boys, they cut into a charged line for my rainwater tank, it wasn't till months later that our 10,000 litre tank wouldn't fill and the side of the house was wet and muddy that we realised that they had just covered their mistake with a piece of PVC pipe, the pipe was not sealed at all. We were going to take it to NCAT but more waste of time for us, never again, very aggressive owner.

Quick plumbing / drainage at a reasonable price – Rang this morning to replace a vanity waste. Gave me an initial time of between Midday and 5:00pm - but would ring to confirm.
