take up much space. The remote is easy to use with great features like timer and sleep mode. Overall, superb performance and build quality. I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely buy Rinnai again!
I got this Rinnai 8kW for a while now. It cools our big living area so fast, and it's quiet too. Heating's just as good in winter. Last summer was very hot and this system made the long summer very comfortable. First time using App control and it is a nice bonus,love pre-cooling the room before I get home. gives me peace of mind, and running costs haven't been crazy at all.
Bit pricey upfront but honestly worth it for the size and performance. Does exactly what we neede and well worth the price considering it is the 8kW variant.

Rubbish ac, struggles to heat up my bed room and often wake up freezing and for some reason the ac stops blowing air and i have to reset it on the controller also is verry loud aswel when it decides to blow air , frustrating - pay the extra 2-300 and get a daikin, had technicians come 2 time, first time they replaced a chip(did not solve issue)… Read more
second time they said theres nothing wrong with it, now they want to charge me. i have asked them to come and uninstall the unit and give me a refund but have just been getting ignored. Definitely would not recommend rinnai air conditioning at all , though there hot water heaters are good, maybe they should just stick to that.

Also even the Technician that came the second time agreed that it is not a good ac system and recommended me to get a different system.
