house opening and shutting taps and spoke to Rinnai and left. The result is the same. No change. I have used Rinnai hot water units in Japan and they were world class. In my old house we had another brand hot water unit, served us for 10 years and never had this trouble.I thought of a better flow and agreed on Rinnai. but I regret thoroughly getting Rinnai installed now.
