Most disappointing – Apparently when they opened their warehouse in Clayton, they didn’t have everything they advertised either. They have been bought out by Toys R Us. Absolutely awful company – Had used them years ago and they were fine. I purchased items on in March with a 7-10 day delivery period. Order never turned up. I reached out 5 separate times and got no reply at all. Lodged a dispute with my bank and then the order magically turned up (although not all items). A full month after they were due. the refund because Riot have delivered the parcel. The items have already been re-purchased elsewhere by now. I will never use this company again.

They advertise items they dont have – ordered in April, sent lots of emails and text via their website, NO RESPONSE. Finally received a few items and they refunded the rest. What a waste of time, Why hold on to my money for a month. If they dont have the product why advertised, I wont be using them again I have unsubscribed now.

Abysmal customer service – My canvas arrived in a damaged cardboard box with boot prints on it and a ripped canvas and broken bracing inside. I emailed the company immediately 4th March with photos. As of 16th March, have heard nothing. I have sent three more emails- no reply. What abysmal customer service Riot Art. No wonder you don't have a working phone number, it would be constantly ringing with irate customers!

Damaged goods every time! – The canvases are always punctured or dented. Considering they are double boxed it is surprising. Are they despatched damaged or are they damaged by the freight company? I have the stress of recovering my money or non damaged goods every time! This is appalling!

Nice items but incomplete – Had to contact customer service several times before I was able to get a refund. My order was missing few items. Though the products I received was nice and my problem got resolved.

Great projects completed – We bought some DIY products from their store online and was great to see our little one use her imagination to complete projects and had so much fun while doing it. it. Things did get messy real quick!:-)

Not as bad as people are saying & reviewing in my opinion – I think they are great just need to catch up on stock I’m happy I gave them 3 stars before but that was harsh they are 4 stars nearly 5 .cheers good prices just need more stocktake often.

Scam business – Only had 4 out 14 items delivered. Sent multiple emails and heard nothing back. Thankfully lodged compliant with PayPal and received my money back that way. Will never deal with this business again.

Awful Service – Sadly, just like everyone else I have been scammed by Riot Art. I ordered back in March and received 1 item. The other 3 items were never delivered. I sent numerous emails, tried to follow up without success. I will never do business with them again.

that doesn't work. My post office has also tried to get in touch with them via the "so called business chat line & the support address "of course without success. When you finally get someone to respond via Facebook they say we CAN'T ring & respond with " this matter is closed. WHAT !!!!!! . I will also report them WHY ARE THEY STILL TRADING ON LINE ? They sacked all their workers by a text message when they went bankrupt !!!!! That in itself shows NIL integrity!

products will be delivered, and they have all been ignored. We are not dealing with some remote country here: their office is in suburban Melbourne. I urge the company to respond to these reviews (I see there are many dissatisfied customers) or fulfill their orders. And in the meantime, people - be careful about ordering from Riot. Zero stars.

Unresponsive to problems – An item was missed in my order. I wrote 3 emails, left a message on Facebook, and contacted them through their website. Not one of my queries was answered. There was no refund, no apology, and no missing product sent. Such a shame- now I won’t use them again.

Missing items – There was thirty-eight dollars worth of items missing when my order was delivered. I sent a message to Riot Art - no response. That was about a month ago. I have learnt my lesson and will never order online from Riot Art store again.

Order not delivered - presumably lost somewhere – Never again! There is no way to contact them. They've ignored 3 of my emails enquiring about my missing canvas and sent a stupid answer to the 4th. I ordered 5 items and only 4 arrived - the missing canvas being the most expensive. Also it took 16 days to arrive after placing my order. Looks like I have to waste a lot of time chasing it through consumer affairs.

Poor service, late dispatch , only half order arrived .they will not respond when I contact them – Sadly I jhave to agree with all the comments. I ordered products only half arrived . I've tried emailing and calling to make contact . This service is extremely poor and I will never use them again. As an art professional and teacher I will be informing all my students NEVER to use Riot art and crafts to order their art supplies. This is a shame as I have used them numerous times in the past , but their business has significantly deteriorated.

were exceedingly larger than boxes sent. Very hard to contact business. Finally today an email response. A refund note but not for all missing items. Cannot supply missing items as out of stock. As always they were the items I needed. Will not purchase from again and certainly not recommend. Spend your dollars at more reputable businesses.

Avoid – Only sent 3 of the 12 things I ordered. Took endless emails to get a response on missing products and then finally got a refund. Can see why they had to close all their stores! They should close their online store too.

No intention to supply – Placed order on 1 February it is now 22 February with no notice of shipping. No reply to enquire. Will be reporting to Afterpay and asking for refund after reading these reviews. It is obviously a very poorly run business. Imagine how much many they make when customers just cut their losses.

Scammers! Will take your money, but will not deliver! – Missing items! I only received 1 out of 3 items I ordered and paid for. No response, email have been sent back multiple times. There is no listed telephone number to call. No customer service. I am in the process of Disputing this transaction through my bank. Not worth the stress for the price. Stay away!

Came good in the end – Order only half filled. Couldn't get any response from them but just recently they wrote and said they would refund me for goods not received. So don't get angry if your order isn't filled, just be persistent in sending messages.

Incomplete and wrong delivery – I ordered and paid for four large canvases. After several weeks, I received two small canvases. No explanation. I sent them several emails but got absolutely no response. I would avoid!!
