Kogan and Roborock directly, I’m told they no longer have parts for my vacuum because it’s such an old model! My machine is fine other than requiring basic maintenance parts, but apparently no useless as they don’t carry parts for a reasonable timeframe as required by basic consumer law rendering my machine useless! Buyer beware! My next robot vacuum will definitely NOT be Roborock as I can’t afford to replace every 3 years which appears to be what they expect you to do. So disappointed with them after being quite satisfied till now with the vacuum itself.
Unit works well when it actually works. Ours is a few months old and has started giving error 13 and charging errors to the point it won't charge and is now un usable. give you aus post shipping but the box it came in is to big. This has happened both times now. The response from roborock seem ai generated and refuse to give a refund or replacement. Do not buy any roborock product.

Plenty of functionalities and options for level of cleaning. We are still experimenting with no luck. We have a pet and it seems the vacuum cannot handle the pet hair and it all gets compacted in the entrance of the dust bin and gets stuck. The dock cannot suck out the compacted hair. this is over 10x the price. We also get issues like entanglement, roborock getting stuck above some ledges, etc which our much cheaper vaccum robot didn't have.
I cannot overstate how much this vacuum/mop combo has minimised my cleaning load. The mop feature in particular! I just program it to start mid-evening when everyone is getting ready for bed and the floors are spotless in the morning. mop with next-to-no prep and minimal maintenance is amazing. The app is so easy to use, and I looked up a YouTube video about how to clean and maintain the parts. Super easy. There was a manual with picture guides included, but it was just great to see someone online walk you through the whole process. I’ve since bought the cleaning solution from Roborock and I like the smell. It’s lasted me several months without needing to buy another bottle because you only need a cap full for each clean. Overall, this has been the best investment in my time and energy because my whole house is cleaned at the touch of a button. I used AI and YouTube reviewers to decide which brand of robot vacuum and mop to go with - and for my house (and considering pets and the frequency of dropped items) Roborock won because of object avoidance ability and frequency of cleans needed. Game changing purchase. It does such a good job of keeping the house clean that we only have to do a manual clean every 6 weeks or so. Just have to be careful of loose wires and small objects on the floor, it has stalled a couple of times because of this. Show details

We bought the Roborock Qrevo C based on reviews and have loved it ever since. We loved it so much, we bought a Qrevo C Pro for upstairs. Both do a a great job and keeps the house tidy. Sometimes it gets a little confused with obstacles but at this price, it is totally acceptable. I would highly recommend both the Qrevo C and Qrevo C Pro. Show details

This qQrevo takes care of the task I hate the most, with having 3 kids I no longer have to mop every second day, I just set the Qrevo to do daily vacuuming and mopping, now I only have to manually mop once a month or when necessary. It is an excellent item and does it's job perfectly. It is so easy to use with the app and can even start it when out of the house. Could not be happier with it!!! Show details
the suction on this machine is amazing. I am very happy with the purchase. I especially love that I can share my machine with my daughter who has the same on the app so she can help me set it up. I find the app though a bit difficult to navigate but slowly getting the hang of it
The machine does a decent job cleaning. You can tell after it vacuums my carpet that it has lifted a fair amount of dust. The mop doesn't clean as deeply as I could with my spin mop however it's good for every day maintenance. up/cleaning food bits beforehand. I've had to work through some glitches and fiddle around with the ap which has been time consuming. I also wish that the attachments didn't need to be replaced so frequently because it's expensive upkeep!
We are very happy with the Roborock Qrevo C. It does a great job of cleaning and mopping our wooden floors. Most importantly it can cope with all the fur that is shed by our big hairy dog. Bought this for my elderly parents. This is so good. They dont have to vacuum or mop themselves now. Very impressed with the quality of cleaning. Low sound and great looks. I had no idea that this would be so good. Very impressed with the vacuuming and washing of our slate, wood and carpeted floors. The tiles were shiny again after only a few cleans. We've had the unit for 4 months and very happy.
Follow-up · I like the mopping function which keeps the slate shiny and clean. It's a little noisier than i expected but not too bad and to be expected with an uneven stone floor. The edge cleaning is good enough. Overall, we are still very happy with the product.
Having had an ecovac previously which was due for an upgrade, I was convinced by the salesman that roborock was much better. it that, doesn't vacuum, just spreads the crumbs/dust/whatever is on the floor to a new location instead of sucking it up. Despite setting it to its highest settings on both vacuum and mopping, I still have to go around and redo everything by hand. Not worth the money! So disappointed in the results.
