Customer service and product reliability is below zero. My new qrevo curv stopped heating water after first few rounds and once sent for repair, the customer service is disgusting. until God knows for how long. Maybe that's their strategy to outdate the warranty period and poor after sales service.
This vacuuming robot does an excellent job. Just looking at the waste water gives you a idea how much it gets off the floor. The voice commands are a bit gimmicky but slightly useful. equally good results. It requires a ramp to get up to my bathroom tiled floors, which are 3.5cm higher than the timber floors. It's base station is overly big but works well. The cost however is a shocker and I think it could be more affordable.
Very pleased with our Curv as first time robot vacuum users. "Rocky" does a wonderful job vacuuming and navigating our furniture, cat and kids toys. were advised not to get too wet, so I have been a bit careful with the mopping function, but it seems to do a pretty good job with that as well, and it's fantastic in our tiled areas. Easy to clean, and I like that it tells me when it needs the sensor wiped. Mapped our house well and it is fairly easy to set up rooms and no-go zones, though this aspect of the map could do with being a touch more intuitive. Occasional tangles with cords or clothing are out fault, not the robots! Purchased through Roborock store, who where a little slow to respond at times but were fantastic in honouring a price match.

initially seemed unaware that they serviced Roborock products. I eventually spoke with the owner, who explained they had received 77 similar repairs over the Christmas period and that the initial assessment would take at least one week.
I accepted this timeline and delivered the device the same day. Regrettably, several weeks later, I have still not received my repaired unit or any substantive updates. The repair shop is now closed, and routes calls to voicemail. Multiple email requests for status updates have received no reply.
I have escalated the issue directly with Roborock support at least five times, explicitly requesting a callback from a supervisor. To date, no supervisor has contacted me, and overall communication has been severely lacking.
This has resulted in extended delays, poor follow-through, and a complete lack of accountability from both the repair partner and Roborock. I remain without the functional product I purchased, with no clear path to resolution.
Based on this deeply unsatisfactory experience, I strongly recommend that potential buyers in Australia (and elsewhere) consider alternative brands, as Roborock's after-sales support appears unreliable.
⭐ Final Review – Roborock
Unfortunately, my experience with Roborock has been extremely poor from start to finish. The device I received was dead on arrival. What followed was over six weeks of delays, broken communication, and pointless mediation. Despite repeated escalations, I never received a call from anyone with actual authority to resolve the issue.
The so‑called mediation process achieved nothing — after a period of back‑and‑forth, Roborock simply stopped responding. During this time, my device was moved between repair centres without my knowledge or consent, and to this day I do not know where my device is. I have never been informed properly, and no one has taken accountability.
Six weeks later, I still do not have my device, no replacement, and no refund. Communication has been generic, inconsistent, and evasive. Promises of escalation and “final solutions” were repeatedly made and never delivered.
Based on this experience, I strongly recommend choosing a different company. The product may look good on paper, but the after‑sales support and customer service are unacceptable. If something goes wrong, be prepared for long delays, lack of transparency, and no real resolution.
This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I highly recommended this Roborock Vacuum/Mop. It maps out the area you want cleaned then goes to work!!! (It actually mops better than what I can). footprints gone and you can see the wet tracks left from the water in the mop. The wetness from the mopping dries very quickly and leaves the floor sparkling. We also have a memory foam floor mat which it lifts itself up onto and vacuums. I must admit that occasionally the mat is a little bit of an obstacle to get onto if the edge is creased but nothing a little nudge won’t sort. In conclusion Rocky has been the best Christmas present ever!!!

We love it! Our Roborock has been revolutionary to our cleaning. A daily vaccum while we're in the office upstairs with the occasional vac/mop means the house is easily cleaned. It's particularly useful in advance of guests arriving. The one issue we have come across is it getting caught up in a soft cotton floor rug we have. remotely instruct the robot to clean specific rooms/areas is very handy. The fact that it empties itself and cleans its own mop pads is brilliant. So low maintenance. It isn’t magic, it will swallow phone charger cables if left out and it won’t push floor length curtains to clean the floor underneath, the curtains need to be lifted. As a working mum with a border collie that sheds like crazy, I have very much enjoyed being able to do a quick pick up of everything on the floor then over to the park we all go while the robot cleans my floors!

Purchased from Roborock ANZ online store. Arrived quickly. So far am impressed with its cleaning and like the spinning mops for my textured hard floor coverings. Voice commands and I don’t get on but will work for on them. Not really an issue though. Show details
Great Vacuum. We love how it will make its own map. Once it gets stuck, it will avoid that issue the next time. I am able to set it to go while I am at work and am not worried about it at all, as it shuts down if it gets stuck and only starts again when we request it to.
