Mopping works well on tiles. No streaks. The robot leaves the mop at the dock and only picks it up for mopping runs.

Battery life is great. Auto emptying and washing save time and reduce mess.

Build quality feels solid. Nothing rattles. Filter, Brushes , pads remove easily for cleaning.

Whilst we really like the Saros 10 we’ve been disappointed that when it vacuumed something u and got blocked it just continued on without any notification. It sends notifications for so many things I thought this would be one of them. Once blocked it continued to vac & mop leaving multiple bits of debris along the way. I did manage to clear it but it was very hard as the vacuumed material had become matted together.

This item is the most expensive thing we have ever purchased but my god, its worth every single penny. It's one less thing I have to worry about as a busy mum and my floors are spotless. Bought a Roborock S10 from the Roborock Online Store, and the dock developed a major fault. It constantly blows hot air into the vacuum bag area and only stops if I unplug it. Reported it with video evidence, but support has been extremely slow. No updates, no timeline, and no resolution after several days. For a premium product, the after-sales service is really disappointing.

I purchased one after seeing how good my daughters was. No regrets a month in, it’s very easy to set up and does the best job at vacuuming and mopping. A very intuitive machine. I thoroughly recommend Roborock Saros 10, you won’t regret it.

helps to setup the app with the mapping with different rooms this way you can setup each room to be cleaned in different ways ie hard floors/carpets. The Saros 10 will leave the mop at the docking station if you are doing carpets only. However if you are doing both the mop lifts when it knows it's on carpets, great for rugs on hard floors. The vacuum is in the second setting out of 5 and picks up everything very well. The mop is impressive on my wooden floors and has brought a new shine to them. Please note I did buy the optional cleaning fluid. The tiles also comes up well. The unit emptys itself when it returns to the dock and cleans the mop. I would recommend this product.

and very fast for Saros 10 to scan the whole hose. It seems it is a bit faster than S8 for this regard. The very thin design allows it to go into places S8 could not physically reach it. The AdaptiLift™ Chassis and the Mop Unclick leaving it in the base are really useful ventures. In addition to that VibraRise® 4.0 Mopping System Side Mop Independent Lifting improves the quality of the mopping substantially as well as the new side brush design is the deal when vacuuming carpets, mats etc. So far so good, I am very satisfied with the performance, vacuuming and cleaning, as well as other features. Obviously there a few things to improve in a software side of thing at the app but overall, the app is outstanding as well. All in all, Saros 10 is a top dog in a pack though it is costly, but you get what you pay for. I will definitely recommend it if budget permits. Regards

We are a household that really puts Robot Vacuums to the test. 2 dogs, 2 cats and we live in a very dusty part of the world. It is a large house with almost entirely hard floors. surprised by the efficiency and effectiveness in our situation. I think we will probably go through the spare parts more quickly than most, but there have been very few challenges with only a few cloggings, dirty sensors and the like - to be expected when dealing with a challenging environment. The ongoing maintenance is fairly straight forward and the dock does much of the work for us.

We hope that the future holds a long career of helping us out at home - thanks Roborock.

I am happy with my purchase so far. However, I was really disappointed after spending $3000 on a new vac/mop it did not come with a mopping pad. I assumed the amount of money I paid for the product it would come with all the equipment!
