salesperson that it would have been opened at the warehouse for 'quality control' to check that all parts were there. When I got the rack home I found it was missing parts. So much for quality control. After speaking to the store, they advised they would have a new one shipped to me and other one I had would be collected. That was the start of a saga which is still ongoing. This was on a Wednesday and I advised that I was leaving for a 6 week trip that Saturday so the latest the rack could arrive is Friday. I also communicated via email with the online customer service team who took over the order, and made them aware I needed the rack by Friday and they assured me it would arrive. Friday rocks around and no rack and the old one hasn't been collected. All I can do at this stage is to email Customer Service to express my frustration and request a call first thing Monday by a Manager so I can find out what is going on. So now its the following Monday, I've delayed my trip by 3 days and no call from anyone at Roof Racks Galore. I call customer service myself eventually manage to speak to a customer service person who says they will check with the courier and get back to me. 4 hours later I am still waiting a response so I call back and am told they don't have an update from the courier but will chase it up and call back. 5pm comes and I've still not had a response from customer service so I call back and am told the person I am dealing with is in a meeting and they will get them to call before end of day. On a whim I decide to call StarTrack Express in case the package is with them - it is! However they said a case was logged earlier that day by the sender and they advised the package won't be delivered until Tuesday now AND at 11.30am that morning they had responded to Roof Racks Galore with that information. That was BEFORE my second call to the CS representative enquiring about the status. I can only assume I was lied to by the CS rep or they were afraid to be upfront as to what was happening but now here we are its Tuesday, still no rack, no call from the CS rep I've been dealing with, and I've now delayed by trip by 4 days wiping out almost a week of our long awaited holiday. On top of that, the old rack hasn't been collected as FedEx were given the wrong address to pick up from as they tried twice to collect from our other property up the street. The fact that I am getting zero follow up from Customer Service is appalling, no one seems to want to take ownership for the mismanagement of this. In fact I found out from StarTrack that the item was dispatched a day later than what Roof Racks Galore CS had advised me, so it was always going to be delayed and would never have arrived by Friday in the first place. Lies, lack of communication and overall mismanagement would lead me to say don't buy from a business that treats their customers this way.

I purchased the Black Q4 flat track rails 1m x2 they were a decent price & suited my fibreglass canopy from the website description. I called & ask if the would suit a AGR canopy telling me know but I couldn’t see how not’ I drilled the track out in 3 spots fronts middle used m10 stainless bolts which fit perfectly in to the tunnel track while… Read more

tightening. make sure to use large flat washers on the inside with silicone in each hole.the do provide popriverts but no good for fibreglass. Very happy with the end result to mount my new solar panel at a small outlay comparing to other canopy racks.

Great sevice – Excellent customer service! Recommended thule wingbar evo by the guys, appreciate the help as I had no idea what to get and seemed to get nowhere with other places! No noise from bars or when bikes are on top. I also fitted thule proride 598 bike carrier. Dmax xterrain. Show reply

I did get responses from other places but chose Roof Rack Store because of the way I was treated which was extremely comfortable. I don't mind if something is delayed as long as there is some notification, but there is ZERO communication from them!

I have had far better service when buying a $20 item online then when buying a $1500 item from Roof Racks Galore. But they took the money quickly enough.

conformed that the depot was in trhe suburb of Sunshine Coast. Finally I looked up the web to find Forest Glen. The agent refused to give or fonfirm Forest Glen as the depot location. ZSeemed to not understand that Forest Glen OR Sunshine Coast is not a "suburb" in Qld. No hope of actually talking to an operator at Cooriers Please. Finally asked that if I am not at home THEN DO NOT LEAVE PARCEL but take it to the depot. I just hope that the agent understood that the depot is in fact at Forest Glen as the agent could/would not give anything other than "Sunshine Coast" as the depot address.

Great customer service – I can't comment on product quality, as it never arrived. Very dodgy courier service used - no tracking updates, pityful communication and no delivery. However, staff at Roof Rack Store were extremely understanding and helpful, providing an immediate refund when requested. It's a shame they use such an unreliable courier to deliver their goods to customers.

Great store for accessories – Excellent service from a team of dedicated enthusiasts. I ordered a set of roof racks just prior to Christmas and they were able to install it within 2 days despite the Christmas rush. I had a minor issue with them in January and they fixed it straight away which I was very happy with. Great and prompt customer service! – The dispatch of my order alone was incredibly fast (having an AUS post tracking number in less than 12hrs). When I received my package it was missing a few bolts and spacers to the manufacturers fault not the distributor. I emailed after hours on a Tuesday and had a reply before I woke up the next day saying those missing pieces will be express posted to me ASAP.
