The key to my Yakima click fold bike rack broke. Originally purchased from RRSA back in 2018 so I dropped them a line with the key No. after scouring the web and not finding a match. Within a week the duplicates arrived and I can now remove the bike rack from my tow ball :)

The dispatch of my order alone was incredibly fast (having an AUS post tracking number in less than 12hrs). When I received my package it was missing a few bolts and spacers to the manufacturers fault not the distributor. An electronic enquiry was posted to check the suitability of a set of T16 Probars off a previous vechile to my new Isuzu MUX.
The reply came within an hour with the appropriate mounting kit but to check the overall width as the current listing of T17 had the bars some 137mm wider than the T16.
A quick sanity check sees the bars are wide enough to fit the new Isuzu solid rail system and an a subsequent order has been placed.

I ordered a Buzzrack e Scorpion bike rack, which was dispatched on the same afternoon. Unfortunately it arrived damaged due to rough handling in transit from Sydney to regional Victoria. I emailed with photos of the damage. A replacement rack was sent out immediately, express, with an apology and the store arranged to pick up the damaged one, which I had reboxed and labeled with the provided return postage label. The new one was extra well packaged and the courier had clearly got the message as it was carefully placed on the porch.
