them my mother managed to get them to send a replacement, well they sent it to a completely different address, not the address I live at where the first USED candle was sent, so we never got it and it eventually was returned to them via AusPost. Well after explaining what had happened to the not so helpful [Name Removed] from their customer service she kept insisting that the candle is in a PO Box in NSW waiting for me to collect it, after 3 emails explaining that not only do I not live in NSW or have a PO Box she continued to tell me that that's where I needed to go collect it from.
So let me get this straight [Name Removed] .. you want me to hop on a plane and fly to a town I have never been to in another state, when I live in QLD, to pick up a candle in a PO Box I don't even own because you guys sent us an original used candle then sent the replacement to a wrong address?? Get real! Then you told us we would have to pay to have another re-shipped on top of that! You have to be kidding. Never again will I ever use this company or recommend it to anyone ever again. You sent us the used candle to begin with then you sent the replacement to a completely different address, none of which was our fault.
STEER absolutely clear of this company! God forbid you try to get what you paid for and that they would actually rectify their own mistakes!
Love my fragrant , beautiful cactus candle and received a beautiful yellow gold sparkle surprise . Absolutely love the ring, hint of green pearlescence , good quality. The candle jar is beautifully made. Highly recommend! Thankyou Royal Essence, will be purchasing again!
Received a candle in the post as a birthday gift. Imagine my shock when I opened it up and it had already been previously lit! The mystery bag was at the very top? Not at all covered by wax. I was very disappointed. I took the little bag out but this is what it looked like when I opened it up :(

Beautiful ring. Loyal custy here since 2020. Love the candles but I think R/E need to include bigger ring sizes. I used to be a size 10 band but I blew up after having another child. Ring size 12. Any chances we can include these sizes??
Follow-up · No ring sizes are missing. R/E only do ring sizes from 6-10 bands but I'm so sure that there are plus size girlie out there like myself that would fancy being able to wear these beautiful rings because I have collected a few now and I can't wear them anymore. excellent another good thing is that it’s easy to put on, The photo showed is definitely not the best my apologies my camara is broken and quality is bad but I love it so much, I will definitely be ordering one of the bath bombs again great material and it definitely won’t break easily!

I always love these candles. The scent of the Queen Bee candle is so lovely but not overpowering. My ring is absolutely stunning! I can never help buying myself one of these candles whenever purchasing gifts
My Ring was quite near the top of my candle so I didn't need to wait long to find it. It's a lovely silver ring with small white stones around a bigger green stone. It's also a good size so actually fits my chunky fingers!
