First time receiving earrings. They are gorgeous and bigger than what I thought would fit in a bath bomb. Unfortunately doesn't work easily with stretched ear holes. The bath bomb was luxurious, coloured the water so deeply, felt smooth on the skin and made my 8mth olds first bath so much fun, no reaction for her skin either.
Beautiful detailed candle, slow burn, and the scent lingers like it owns the room. The jewellery hidden inside is the best part. It's genuine, well made, and a proper surprise. Royal Essence has that rare touch: small luxury done right.

i did not paid attention to the instructions and it was a very big surprise for me to find a ring inside. Its a very nice idea of gift. I have received the mint choc chip candle as a gift too and the smell is so nice.
Beautiful ring. Loyal custy here since 2020. Love the candles but I think R/E need to include bigger ring sizes. I used to be a size 10 band but I blew up after having another child. Ring size 12. Any chances we can include these sizes??

R/E only do ring sizes from 6-10 bands but I'm so sure that there are plus size girlie out there like myself that would fancy being able to wear these beautiful rings because I have collected a few now and I can't wear them anymore. them my mother managed to get them to send a replacement, well they sent it to a completely different address, not the address I live at where the first USED candle was sent, so we never got it and it eventually was returned to them via AusPost. Well after explaining what had happened to the not so helpful [Name Removed] from their customer service she kept insisting that the candle is in a PO Box in NSW waiting for me to collect it, after 3 emails explaining that not only do I not live in NSW or have a PO Box she continued to tell me that that's where I needed to go collect it from.
So let me get this straight [Name Removed] .. you want me to hop on a plane and fly to a town I have never been to in another state, when I live in QLD, to pick up a candle in a PO Box I don't even own because you guys sent us an original used candle then sent the replacement to a wrong address?? Get real! Then you told us we would have to pay to have another re-shipped on top of that! You have to be kidding. Never again will I ever use this company or recommend it to anyone ever again. You sent us the used candle to begin with then you sent the replacement to a completely different address, none of which was our fault.
STEER absolutely clear of this company! God forbid you try to get what you paid for and that they would actually rectify their own mistakes!
A gift from a living daughter – Candle smells lovely, jewellery earrings studs; gold metal, with clear stones, look cheap. Have had a couple of these pieces of jewellery & they are always valued on the lowest level, stones have fallen out, very disappointing. I wouldn’t buy as a gift

Received a candle in the post as a birthday gift. Imagine my shock when I opened it up and it had already been previously lit! The mystery bag was at the very top? Not at all covered by wax. I was very disappointed. I took the little bag out but this is what it looked like when I opened it up :(

The candles smell absolutely amazing , I just had to keep removing wax as it kept melting overtop of the other wicks but once I got a quarter way in it was fine :)
