Looks amazing but actually not durable – I bought a second hand one for 200$ it was ok and fancy for my kid at the beginning then the front wheel went crazy and kept wobble all the time until I tried to take it out it was stuck and bu trying harder something just broke and it was just worthless piece of steel after only using it for 3 months... so disappointed Ps : tried to find a spare parts for it but I found nothing

Great pram – I am really happy with our second hand pram, I have 2 colours to choose from and 3 or 4 wheels, so far I’ve been using the 3 wheels, light to push and steers great. I had my baby even around the house in bassinet position, now in the seat layback at 3months, easy to change. The only problem I found was it is a pain to take in the car as it comes apart in 2 bulky pieces

Complete waste of my money – This pram is terrible and I have been working on getting a refund until it went into liquidation a few years ago. It looks nice, the colors are pretty and it promises a lot but after using it for 6 months the front wheel started to give us problems. It would wobble while walking, making it very difficult to steer and unsafe to continue. We tried… Read more

loosening it and tightening it but it was either too stiff so it wouldn't turn, would wobble uncontrollably and once even fell right off while walking. I carried an Allen key around with it for daily fixing on the street. Very unsafe and worrying when you want to just walk with your baby!

They aren't for sale anymore but if the prams from their new company The Baby Club are similar then they will also go into liquidation with hundreds of unhappy mums with faulty prams.

Under-engineered – You can't buy them anymore, but in case you see one second hand... On the plus side it was fairly cheap, and you could choose the colours. Everything else just looked like they spent their efforts making it look good in a catalogue but not enough time making it work well. The whole thing was in desperate need of better design and engineering… Read more

and it just feels cheap. The brake is hard to use and bordering on dangerous ( they were recalled and the replacement was an improvement, but still only ok), the folding is not that smooth, and the general quality is mediocre. The wheels are terrible. The spring design is such that the wheels will fold under at any mild bump. The wheels themselves will regularly fall apart and the swivel will either be too loose and wobble or to tight and scrape. All these can be fixed fairly easily if you are good with a spanner ( but will need to be done often) and you shouldn't need to be a mechanic to use a pram.

We still use ours after 2 years but it's just a bit crap and I definitely wouldn't buy one second hand

Walked 100's of miles with this pram and still going strong – Bought this pram near-new second hand and have used it from the day we got out of hospital. I have the 4 wheel, air tyre version and its like a Rolls Royce. Drive it over cobblestones, grass, gravel and baby hardly notices. My solution to arsenic hour for the first few months was to walk... for an hour or so every evening. The basinette was… Read more

great for a new-born, but my sticky-beak baby needed to see more of the world from 3 months so I put him in the seat facing me. The three recline angles are enough for him to be comfortable.

I have the "Parent pack" handle bar attachment and this has been really useful. Pop your phone, wallet and keys in there and you don't need a bag.

+ve's: So comfortable for baby.

Beautiful soft basinette.

Easy to manoeuvre despite size.

Comfortable to push.

Big basket.

-ve's: its BIG. We have a Falcon station wagon so that did not matter.

Front wheels "skitter" and get the speed wobbles if I go too fast on really smooth surface.

Basket straps too light for size of basket, especially if you don't stick to the weight limit (does anyone???) Complicated to collapse down completely but that might be because I hardly ever do it.

Basket hard to get to if seat facing front, and when basinette attached.

Everything I needed it to be:) – I have been using my Rozibaby for a year now. I love it so much! We have become inseparable, I rely on it like a third parent! When we go for a walk, I feel completely confident that I can handle any eventuality; Raining? Just chuck the rain cover on. Cold? Zip up the fleece cover. Baby Sleepy? Fully recline and nap away. separation anxiety? Turn the pram to face me for a bit of reassurance. We started out with the bassinet which was super handy to put the baby down for 'on the go' naps or an evening at a friend place. The adapters for our maxi cosi capsule also made life easier, transitioning a sleeping infant from car to pram. I also bought the travel bag to take it with me on a recent trip. It worked so well and was great to be able to put the baby in something familiar when we got to our destination.

Truly, for a first time parent, this pram has given me bundles of much needed confidence in learning how to make my way out in the world with my baby. The customer service team has been amazing! I have called a couple of times with small questions and have been met with open, friendly advice and was never made to feel like I was taking up to much of their time.

My next big decision will be whether to opt for the second seat or the skateboard attachment because I cant wait to use this pram again for number 2!!

No regrets! Great Pram – We have had this pram for 9 months. I highly recommend the bassinet. It's a decent size and looks great. Your newborn can comfortably sleep for hours while your out. The maxi cosi capsule is a beautiful light and cosi capsule that fits this pram. It's an expensive capsule but we just hired one. There's only a few things I don't like about this… Read more

pram but Rozi baby have already fixed two...the brake, and you can now get an extendable sunshade. I wasn't worried about the peek a boo window because you can have baby facing you or away. The thing I dislike the most is the large toddler seat that doesn't lay flat. You can tilt it but your baby will be laying on their back in a sitting position (if that makes sense). So I have found my daughter will not sleep longer than one sleep cycle (40mins) in the pram because she's not laying very flat. Also the tubes in the air tyers were being replaced on Average once a month until I realized going through paddocks was a bad idea, the Prickles puncture. this pram steers beautifully it literally did 10kms a day for 4 weeks while away and I walk up to 5km's a day with it and my daughter is happy in it. It packs up so easily and is super light which was important to me with a bad back. The rain cover fits perfect and so does the sunshade which we use as a mozzi net in summer. This pram looks really sporty and is good for jogging. We knew we needed a pram that could do lots of miles and this one has been perfect. Make sure the front wheel is locked in if you plan on moving quick with a 3 wheel pram. It spins out of control and the pram almost tips! Even if you decide to cross a road in a hurry, you need to pretty much do a mono and push with the back wheels only! Lots of compliments otherwise, it's everyone's favourite pram to steer. No regrets.

Perfect imperfections – I purchased my 4 wheel air Rozibaby in February and was delivered in early June. Debated between the Rozibaby and a Bugaboo. Ultimately it came down to price and versatility. The ongoing product development and customer service is 2nd to none. No other company strives to keep you happy, even after purchase.

Build quality is ok. Fabric material is fantastic. Chassis seems to suffer a fair bit of freeplay from the joints and thats about the biggest down side of the pram.

By far the easiest pram to push around. It literally glides on any surface. The big wheels do make it easy to use on any terrain. Shame theres no offer for the front wheels to be air aswell.

We currently have a Yaris sedan, so the boot space isn't all that great but the pram folds nicely away with the bassinet. Still leaving abit of room for small amount of groceries/shopping bags.

Very happy with tye purchase and continue to looking forward to see what other goodies Rozibaby come up with to make this pram even better.

Bad bad bad – I have been using this pram for about 14 months. I bought it because it looked nice and it was cheaper than other prams. It ended up being more expensive than expected as the additional parts are quite expensive. I spent over $1000. To start with it was so difficult to assemble the pram. The easy folding and unfolding is a joke. It was so hard it… Read more

was giving me the anxiety to drive somewhere because it meant that I had to fold and unfold the pram. It took nearly the whole boot in my Mazda 3 sedan to fit the pram. Now in my Hyundai Santa Fe it takes bigger half of the boot [and its a 4wd!]. I ended up going to my meetings 20 minutes ahead of time because that is how much time it was taking me sometimes to unfold this pram! Oh how much I swore!!!! $%^&%$#@

Air travel was a nightmare! The travel bag is too small and you need to completely de-semble the pram to be able to fit it inside and it takes a LOT of effort to put it in there. I had a stewardess and another man helping me put it all together in the bag.

The brakes are crap.

I have the 4 and 3 wheels version. On the 4 wheels option a lot of the times the front wheels would be wobbly and they would block themselves so I could not turn the wheels. Also I lost the front wheels most of the times I was pulling the pram up the stairs.

I changed it to the 3-wheeled and went for a walk. And I lost the front wheel! I had a baby in the pram which I had to hold in the air because I had no wheel at the front. Luckily my husband was at home, and was able to pick me up with the car.

I ended up buying another pram - RECARO Easylife which costs half, weighs half, takes half of the space and I can fold it and unfold it with only one hand, folds into one piece and I love it!

Not As Good As What I Expected – I have had one 4 wheel air pram for over a year. It's not a bad pram but TBH I doubt I would buy it again. I found it according to high ranking in reviews and it's now surprising that my Rozibaby is not the same as what people were describing in their reviews. The positives this pram has are: - It is almost light and easy to push on completely… Read more

flat ground.

- You can face the pram forward and backwards.

- Bassinet was big and useful.

- It does look nice.

- The push handle part moves up and down to suit you preference.

- Customer Services is good and they reply you and send you parts quickly.

and here are negative points:

- Wheels wobble terrible which makes you only be able to push on back wheels which is a pain. I bought it as a jogger but don't even think of it as it's not safe to run with.

- Going down curbs is terrible, it's not moving smooth and easy in this situation.

- Brake wouldn't work now has been recalled but is still a hard and bad set up.

- Plastic parts such as break button are cheap and nasty.

Affordable Pram - A Few Issues – I bought all parts/accessories, baby has gone from bassinet to seat. PROS: Double wheel front - easy to handle, solid, well made; however the brake is difficult and fails. CONS: The single wheel is dangerous - it shakes, pram tips/wobbles. The canopy is small, difficult to keep sun out.

A real review of a rozibaby pram – Since I choose the Rozibaby pram from the reviews on this site I thought I should write a good honest factual review on how the Rozibaby has been for me. forward and backwards

It does look nice

And the push handle part moves up and down to suit you preference

It took about 14 weeks to be delivered with them emailing once saying they are having delays in some parts being to delivered to them and is it all right if you wait another 6 weeks. When the pram did arrive they sent my pram with someone else's tax invoice. My partner put up the pram and the first thing he says was this feels like a really weak flimsy pram. I defended the pram saying it's meant to be light, its perfect leave my pram alone then I became to hate the pram and wish I never spent the $600 on it.

The main reasons I would never recommend someone buy this pram is because it is really unsafe. The harness won't fit your child until he is about 6 months old. The brake system is horrible and really hard to put on and take off but WORST of all it tips over soo easily if the pram in on slightest angle it will tip over when the pram goes up a bump that is more then a couple centimeters high and the pram isn't dead straight on the bump it will tip over. It will also tip over if you try turn around to fast.

My brake leaver broke off after about 10 weeks of owning the pram, the customer care sent out another brake leaver for me to put on. Should the main safety feature really be so weak should I be trusted to put it on correctly I mean what happens I do it wrong and the brake doesn't work one day when I think it is on but its not.

Other horrible features of the pram are:

It's not compact at all it takes up the entire boot of a Holden Captiva. It's two large parts. My partner always moans that you need to a 4W4 to cart it around - He has a Toyota Hilux and it takes up half the rear tray. So the review on here that it can fit in a small car with plenty of room is pretty ludicrous.

The basket is useless it crunches up to about half the size and I've tried many times to fix it. This is the only storage on the pram there's no other little pockets for the millions of things you need to carry.

The peek-a-boo bit on the pram is also pretty useless as it's huge and on the back of the pram not the top. It might be good for ventilation I suppose.

The question I ask myself and other people when wanting to know what they really think is: Would you recommend this product to a family member? And in this case I would strongly recommend against it. I wanted this pram to be good because I choose it so the fact I have to admit it isn't sucks and the fact this pram sucks sucks!

Nothing in this review is over exaggerated I wish I could post a video showing everything I have said.

brand new pram or if should we purchase Capsule & Second Attachment and keep going with Rozibaby Pram.(Even though my wife hated the pram) we decided to purchase second attachment which I highly regret 2nd seat is the worst invention ever, Had my wife calling me last week in tears as she couldn't line the stupid pins into the hole so the 2nd seat can be attached, It was that bad she had people driving past asking if she would like help, We have now decided to purchase brand new pram at a great expense. I went with Rozibaby originally as I was reading great reviews after purchasing this pram I am kicking myself that I didn't suck it up and pay that little bit extra for a better pram, as previous mentioned Customer Services is good but parts are cheap and nasty. I never ever write anything negative about companies products but it does frustrate me that we are looking at spending over $1400 to get a decent pram and that's not including the other $800+ I have wasted on this junk, VERY ANNOYED.

Love it – We chose a Rozibaby because it is interchangeable. The options that suited us where solid or enflaitable tyres and 3 or 4 wheels. daily, both around our suburb and in town. We started off with the 4 wheel option, however have recently changed to the 3 wheel option, which is much easier and less bulky to use around town. We had some initial wheel "shudders" with the 4 wheels, however when i contacted rozibaby about this, they sent out information and an allen key tool to fix the problem (they are also still looking into it further and provide regular updates about what they have found). Their customer service is fantastic and they are constantly improving the pram and providing updates via email about this. The brake system, which works, but is fiddly is being replaced free of charge later this year and will be sent out to us with instructions on how to do it.

This is a bigger pram, but it still fits into our Ford Focus, with room for some shopping. The initial ability to adapt a maxi-cosi capsule to fit into the pram base made life when going into town so much easier. Once you have worked out how to fold/unfold the pram, it is easy and great to use. It is all washable, and the fabric is holding up well.

We are really happy with our pram and all its features. I have recommended Rozibaby to others and would happily purchase if i had my time again.

Great Product, Price and Service – As a Grandfather, I get to both buy and use prams. That they are a fashion item is something I have had to come to terms with. a mint, and enjoyed being part of the in crowd at the coffee shop. Even so, it went on the verge after two children, and wasn't fit to be passed on down. We also did the Phil and Ted thing, and it too went on the verge after two kids - a new one was required for the third. So to The Rozibaby - it cost far, far, less, is fully customisable, looks very flash, is robust, folds up and down, and comes with things other prams make options. If a piece breaks, it can be replaced, and the customer service is about as good as a web based seller gets. I am sure it too will go out on the verge in its time, but it does not seem to be falling apart anywhere near as quick (two years in) as the other, very expensive solutions we have tried in the past.

I am glad I didn't buy anything else as friends of mine bought larger prams and they can't even fit them in their boots and the pram takes up heaps of space at the shops!

I love that the basket is large too and can fit my large nappy bag and my baby carrier and even a small grocery shop! durable and I love the overall look – I think it’s really stylish! Over the years I have experienced exceptional customer service from the Roibaby Team and found them to be very responsive and open to feedback.

Some of the best features of the pram:

- Bassinet: Great size, nice and roomy. Is long, wide and deep which allowed my babies to stay in the bassinet for as long as was suitable. Many of my friends grew out of their bassinets before they were ready to transition to a seat.

-Wheel Options: I have used both the 4 wheel and three wheel options as well as the EVA and AIR. When first purchasing my pram I really appreciated being able to have something where I was not locked into choosing only one option and could change quickly between the two options. My husband prefers the 4 wheel for its stability and I prefer the 3 wheel for it’s agility and tight turning circle (makes it easy to get in and out of shops and café's). I also run with the pram using the three wheel air option with the front wheel locked and find it great.

- Size: Although it is not a one pull fold design the pram folds up well and fits easily into my little hatchback (Holden Astra). It has the ability to remove the wheels really easily which we like to do when we are tight for space (ie camping trips).

- Skateboard Option: I have recently started using the scooter option now that I have two children. I love it and so does my daughter. It means she can jump on and off as she likes and we can still go for longer walks. It is a great size; nice and wide which means that I have actually had two little toddlers on it together.

-Second Seat Option: I used this option whilst looking after another child on a regular basis. I found that unlike some second seat options the rear seat is a decent size and has its own hood. The kids both still slept in the pram using this configuration which I was really happy with.

- I have seen on the website that a new hood option is available with a peekaboo window and extendable hood. I am so excited and it’s great that I can still fit it to my pram three years later.

-Price: This is a really well priced pram for its quality, design features, customization options and the customer service experience. My sister had a Bugaboo and paid a fortune for it and certainly didn’t find it to be a better product than the Rozibaby. I love that I have been able to add accessories and options to my pram without paying a premium for additional features.

-Lastly it’s great to buy a good quality Australian product!

The Cons:

We were pleased that there was an adapter to fit our maxi-cosi capsule. The online video guide's are quick and informative for time-poor parents. The feature we were most excited about was the customizable colours and wheel options.

We still fight over who will push our little one when heading out!

DON'T BUY THIS PRAM, ESPECIALLY NOT THE 4 WHEEL OPTION – We bought our Rozibaby pram over a year ago now and I can honestly say I regret buying this pram. If you are looking for an alternative to the Bugaboo, then this isn't it. Why? Let me list the reasons as is it easier: 1. The quality is no where near as good as made out. 2. The wheels get stuck going down curbs and threaten to tip the whole pram… Read more

over

3. The pram can't go faster than a steady walk, if you do try and go fast the whole pram shutters

4. ITS MASSIVE - don't even think about going into your little corner shop or boutique with this as it will only end in embarrassment.

5. If you fold up the pram with the 4 wheel option it jams shut and is very difficult and awkward to open. I've had to remove the front wheels a number of times to avoid this obvious design flaw.

6. If you fold up the pram with the 4 wheel option it jams shut and is very difficult and awkward to open. I've had to remove the front wheels a number of times to avoid this obvious design flaw.

7. The guys that own this company know nothing about customer service, when I mentioned the issues we have been having with the wheels jamming the whole pram shut, their reply was 'you wouldn't find a cheaper pram elsewhere. I beg to differ, there are a number of much of nicer prams on the market where you will be guaranteed a much better after sales customer service.

If you want a Bugaboo, buy a Bugaboo. If you want a cheaper alternative look for Mountain Buggy or Phil and Teds or any other brand which is half the price of this pram and you will be far better off.

Good luck.

Incredible Service and Quality – I purchased a rozibaby which not only has stand out looks, its sound and so easy to manage - especially with newborns and now the toddler seat. Very very happy. It wasn't until i needed a service however that i realised the extent of their high class service!! They not only couriered it from my home and back the following day, they even added… Read more ·  1

new handle bar covers- it looks brand new again!

Honestly, i don't think any other company would do this. I was blown away by the level of care.

Thank you a million times over for making everything so simple and efficient.

Greatly appreciated!!

Great pram with exemplary customer service – After using our Rozibaby for the last 8 months, I am generally pleased with pram despite a few minor faults. Initially, after hearing that this was an Australian based company we took advantage of the customisable features and early-bird discount. We opted for four-wheels, EVA air tyres and bassinet (and a navy and orange palette FYI :) ). The… Read more ·  1

benefits:

- Daily use on outdoor/rough terrain (only 1 inner tube change)

- Spacious bassinet (a must in the early days)

- Spacious seat unit (best from 5-6 months onwards but looking forward to using it for longer)

- Reversible seat unit and 3 position tilt comes in handy

- Easy to pack up/down (once you have the knack and watch the videos a few times)

- Amazing customer service - all minor and major problems (see below) fixed in a timely and really helpful manner with no extra cost (the response to my broken brake today prompted this review!)

- Continuing excellence (the company have recently responded to feedback with ongoing upgrades for little or no extra cost)

The less beneficial part:

- It's slightly bulky (but still fits on the bus and packs down into the boot of our small car) and heavy if travelling overseas

- The shopping basket is hard to access with the bassinet but is much better with the seat

- Problems have included a 'wheel wobble' and a broken brake lever - After sending an e-mail, parts were posted to us with detailed instructions

That's all I can think of now - I'm looking forward to trying out the other attachments in future. I would give it 4 1/2 stars if I could!

Great Pram and Customer Service – My wife and I love this pram! Our baby slept in it extremely well and we could pretty much go everywhere with it. We had one part break after an overseas trip which was probably from some pretty heavy use, but it was replaced immediately without question when we returned to Australia. Couldn't recommend them enough!  Show reply

this pram is awesome! – It's fantastic that you can customize it to your style. I have 3 kiddies so I bought the bassinet and seat so I can swap them when ever I need to. I also bought the skateboard attachment (still waiting for that to arrive though) but I'm sure my almost 2yr old will love it. I took my baby out in our new rozibaby today, I over heard a few mums say… Read more ·  1

"that's one of those rozibaby prams" so to them I say BUY ONE! I'm glad I did! Yes I was a little skeptical about buying without being able to try it out but with the 14 day money back trial what's to lose!

I have tried other prams; mother's choice, baby love and steelcraft strider but apart from the mother's choice pram, I was disappointed. The rozibaby is in a league of its own.

The customer service team are excellent as well. They were very helpful when I had a question and got back to me very quickly.
