I purchased a Marvel Modern Geometric rug couple of weeks ago. It took two weeks to arrive from QLD to Sydney. Apart from their poor delivery service I am not happy with the rug I purchased. It does not sit flat, it has folds in it that are impossible to flatten. It is already getting dirty and we do not wear shoes at home. I would not recommend this rug. I wish I never came across their website. I can see myself replacing this rug with a year.
I got this rug for my daughter’s room and it’s just perfect. The colors and design are beautiful. The texture is soft and comfortable, great for kids to play on. Really happy with this purchase!
I’d love to review the rug. Problem is, it hasn’t arrived. I bought a prolifically advertised rug expecting it within 10 days. When I didn’t arrive I sent and email. Gorgeous rugs and excellent service. I had an issue with one of the rugs I purchased and it was resolved very promptly. Highly recommend.

POOR QUALITY AND DODGY OWNER – Poor quality and damaged! Looks great from afar but not up close. I recently bought a large rug that cost me over $600 from rug.com.au. $2 shop. The owner of the business refused to pay for return shipping for the damaged item (loose threads falling out). We exchanged emails back-and-forth and the owner, [Name Removed] only agreed to contribute $50 towards return shipping if I removed this review and the open PayPal dispute. Instead, I sold the rug on Facebook Marketplace as it was becoming a headache. I want to leave this review up for all to see as I refuse to be blackmailed and want to make sure others know the intentions of the owner of this business. Unfortunately by the time Fair Trading got back to me, I had already sold the rug but they let me know I wasn’t the only one to make a report about this business and that they would keep these reports on file to investigate further if more reports are made. Please don’t buy a rug from this business and make my mistake.

Amazing Rug – Speedy delivery from Queensland to Rural Victoria. I placed the order on 9/01/2025 and it was delivered on 16/01/2025. Communication was excellent and I was kept informed of the progress from RUG.com.au every step of the way. The rug was very well packaged with extra packaging on both ends of the roll. After unrolling the rug and placing it on the floor it transformed the room. We are very happy with our purchase.

LOVE LOVE LOVE – Jimmy natural jute rug, this rug is stunning! Exceeded my expectations. Beautiful to look at with the natural jute colours. Lovely to walk on like a soft foot massage. Would purchase again, staff were great answering all my questions.
Two kids rugs – Purchased 2 children's rug, nice rugs but very thin and moves underneath the children when they play on it (purchased the car play mat). Got blocked on Facebook for commenting the same above on someone wanting to know quality.
Excellent – The rug is going to be great. My grandson will love it, driving his cars around the streets. The delivery was great. It was delivered to a nearby town, and needed to drive to get it, when I explained my situation it was delivered to me. Great service. Thankyou.
