BMW 335i Coil pack (full set)

I have been dealing with Maria from Run Auto Parts for a few weeks. Unfortunately the coil packs I checked with them as being correct were not however Maria took it to task and chased down the identical packs to what I had installed already and had them on their way at no extra charge.
Maria was an absolute pleasure to deal with combined with the Run Auto Parts team behind her in the background made it such an easy transaction. Obviously the down side was not getting the correct parts in the first place but these guys made up for it 110% without any doubt or questioning.
Terrific Support Team there at Run Auto Parts with my car running as smoothly as ever with the new coil pack installed. Show details

Bad communication

I bought bonnet struts for my BMW . They didnt fit .Run Auto parts insisted they correct ones . After much haggling they offered a refund , it cost me $28 dollars to send back . Then right at the end Maria said ,oh they are wrong ones . Then they asked for tracking number after they received the parts back . These people are idiots dont buy anything from Run Auto Parts as they are terrible customer relations

Order processing slow

Ordered on Sunday and received acknowledgement. Processing/shipping confirmation from Run Auto Parts was sent on Wednesday. I received delivery on Friday due to the good service provided by Australia Post. I will use MX Store next time, much quicker to process/despatch my orders! Show details

Great Service

I Found Run Auto Parts on Google after looking for parts for our VW Polo. Their web site was very easy to navigate and assisted in finding the parts that fit our Polo through their intuitive Rego Search. I placed my order and was promptly welcomed to Run Auto Parts, then assisted by Run Auto Parts staff to insure the parts I ordered where correct for my car. "Run"

I purchased a rear heater core hose for my car, which specifically mentioned it would fit my engine type. Well it didn't, it was the correct hose but the fittings were not in the correct position which meant it would kink the hose if I was to line it up with the front hose. They tried to blame it on me saying I didn't supply a vin but they quickly realised, when I supplied the oem part number, that it was the correct part. Obviously this has now been placed in the too hard basket, and no one wants to do anything about so they just simply ignore my emails. Thier 100% fitment guarantee means FA, as they don't honour it when you have a legitimate issue with thier products. Spend the extra $ and get OEM and avoid the headaches Show details

Scammed $90 from me on eBay!!!!

DO NOT buy from these scammers, they used the same tracking number on two separate orders.
first not delivered and never scanned by Australia post, the scammers then sent my second order using the same tracking number making them both show as delivered.
they SCAMMED me out of $90!! Show details

Awful customer service

Ordered a part last Wed on their website. Expected to receive it early this week as most auto part distributors manage to do. Rang Mon, they hadn't done anything about our order. Then they tell us they don't even have part in stock. Didn't process an immediate refund - waited for us to ask for one! Then told us we would have to wait for a refund until their 'accounts team' looked into it. NOT WORTH THE RISK!!

I thought I would deal with and support a local online store. Lucas confirmed the part compatibility (in writing) before ordering. Wrong part arrived. Have sent 2 emails to request a replacement. It has been 3 working days and Run Auto Parts have not responded. Very poor service. Open eBay case pending... waiting for eBay to step in, as no one from the Run Auto Parts team will respond.
