I'm always sceptical of buying online from new businesses. RunDNA exceeded my expectations. I send back shoes on a few occasions because they didn't fit and each time I received them the following day of posting the old ones back. Their customer service is outstanding. Thank you RunDNA.

wasn't a human voice. Called the Hindmarsh Run DNA and they couldn't help me. If they chose these cowboys to deliver their overpriced stuff( luckily I hadn't ordered a pair of sneakers) they should be able to investigate for me. Supporting the local business who doesn't give a toss about their customers. Team global express that can't deliver a simple pair of socks from Hindmarsh in Adelaide to the southern suburbs of the very same city. Awaiting customer instructions, a parcel held in depot. I want my parcel delivered. I'll never order anything from Run DNA. Shame on your guys!

Bought shoes online got email said on the way, next day said dont have stock asked if I want another shoe or refund online. I replied refund 12pm next day after saying want refund on the day before still no reply or refund. cheaper. Said no may take few days to get refund and they still have the same shoes advertised online and still not received reimbursement.

Attended the store in Hindmarsh, I found the staff to be very disinterested in assisting me. I left without purchasing anything, as I felt like it was a bit of a chore to serve me and that I had interrupted their conversation. Wouldn’t go back.

arrived 5 days later - and I live in SINGAPORE!!! That was 3 years ago. It was time for new set of shoes, same experience, super responsive email advice and recommendation, I ordered new shoes, and they arrived in 4 days. So impressive on many fronts.
