I have been trying to contact them for three days both via email and phone. No reply’s. Are they that busy they don’t want to answer or sell anything! Very poor customer service

Very very happy customer – We ordered a replacement awning on a barrel and unfortunately we discovered it was damaged in transit. We could not see the damage until after installation when we unrolled the awning. RV express offered a replacement or compensation given it was already on the van. We were extremely happy with their service, communication and the outcome. We will definitely use them again.

Happy camper – Ordered a new microwave 28 th October no drama easy as got delivered Friday 1 st November. Very happy with my purchase now to use it. Would recommend this store.

Impressive customer service – I ordered some replacement parts on Saturday after a storm, in a bit of a panic because they seem to be hard to get hold of. Made a claim on insurance for the repairs on Sunday and found they want to do it their way and don't want the parts I ordered. I sent an email explaining what had happened and they refunded the $2k Monday morning without any fuss.

Buyer beware I ordered a NEW 3.3kg sphere washing machine motor from RVpartsexpress, they sent me a reconditioned motor, when I contacted them they told me they only have new stock and to send a photo of the motor, the reply email offered me a refund of $25, which I refused and told them I was taking it to a white goods repairer to confirm my… Read more

awfull service – started out awsum, great price super prompt delivery, i purchased a suburban hot water system ,it is 3 months old and has played up since we got it , i have emailed over and over and had 2 responces , both useless, and now nothing, i have a brand new appliance that they wont help me with , looks like price isnt everything, will i use them again… Read more

Unbelievable service!! – I ordered an Adco caravan cover, $100 cheaper than other suppliers, late on the Wednesday 29th of September.
