after checking the reviews for information we resorted to using our sterilised water straight from the fridge and luckily our bub doesn't mind the cold bottles as there has been no blockages since.

Within 24 hours the difference was immense. And within a week I'd say his reflux was about 90-95% cured.

We went from dealing with a never ending waterfall of projectile vomits, soaking absolutely everything and everyone, to now just the occasional tiny spit up. It's been such an amazing difference it's a huge weight off our shoulders and I only wish I knew about it for my first born.

I really hope the people complaining about blockages persevere to find their solution because the benefits are so worthwhile.

Due to vomit I used to have to change baby's clothes sometimes as often as 5 times within 10 minutes! If I wanted a cute photo in a nice suit - better be ready to snap it within 30 seconds of putting it on, otherwise time's up! It's soaked!

I had to take changes of clothes for myself wherever I went because I would inevitably be soaked in vomit! Let's not even talk about the mountain of clothes and towels I'd have to bring for baby..

Thanks to S26 AR I finally have some freedom. Baby's AND my clothes both last the whole day with no mess. I cannot recommend this product enough, I am so grateful it exists ♡

Happy baby happy mum – Our baby started on s26 gold newborn and was not tolerating it as she has mild reflux/regurgitation. for it to mix properly, we called the S26 hotline with some questions as I was anxious about her getting constipated, they were most helpful and sent out some information in the mail regarding changing formula and bowel habits. They mentioned that it doesn't need to be warmed before giving it to baby as the idea is that it thickens when warmed in baby's tummy, however our little one is 5lb 8oz and we felt it was too cold to give from the boiled water we cooled in the fridge plus it was too fast flowing that cold. We warm it very slightly (mix the formula in the cold water and then place the bottle in a mug of hot water for 20 secs) and this consistency seems perfect, not too thick to block the teat and not to runny to come out fast. Oh, and the best teats we found (and we tried over 10 brands) were the cheap woolworths teats (the thin 0+ months). It's important to remember that you can't poke extra holes in teats yourself if the formula is too thick as it is a trap for bacteria.

Waste Of Money, Dont Bother Upsetting Your Baby For No Reason! – I regrettably changed my daughter from Nan Ha Gold to this. She is a spewy baby but a happy content baby who sleeps well. constant battle to settle her. It didnt matter how much we mixed and shook the bottle it would still block the teat. We struggled burping her so she ended up with excrusiating stomach craps and became extremely constipated eventhough we weened her onto it over a week and surprise surprise she still spewed. Her spew on the nan is quite watery so easy to clean when she did spew on herself as the S26 is that quick that i had to change her every single time she spewed so she was going through so many outfits in a day it was rediculous. Now back on the nan she actually seems to be vomiting less, pooing regularly and is happy and sleeping well again. Please dont upset your baby by changing to this food!

Has helped so much with colic pain and reflux – I love this one as my daughter had colic and reflux on s26 gold. But now she does get a bit constipated on the s26 gold AR. It's great that it helped with colic and and reflux. Have you any suggestions on help for the constipation side of things? Helped with regurgitation! – I started my 6mo on this about 2mo ago due to constant regurgitation during the day. Has reduced significantly! So important to follow the instructions. Have to shake the bottle a little longer and a little harder than the thinner formulas but it’s worth it for the minimisation of my LO’s spews throughout the day!  Show details ·  1

Perfect Reflux Formula – We used to use S-26 Gold which was good, but our baby unfortunately started having a lot of reflux. We moved onto S-26 Alula Gold AR and have not had any issues since. Our baby loves it and since starting on AR has not had any issues with Reflux. I would highly recommend if you are having similar issues with Reflux. Show details

Worst formula ever – I just started using this formula my poor little mans been constipated and screaming he’s got the worst stomach pains iv followed the instructions to the T and it’s clumpy and can’t get it out of the bottle my baby also had the worst reflux from even tho it’s an anti-reflux honestly would never recommend to anyone

water, I’ve tried room temperature water, I’ve tried shaking, I’ve tried stirring with a fork, even tried putting half the formula in and shaking then adding the other half. I have persisted for 2months with this formula. I persisted because my sons reflux improved despite the frustration we both felt during feeds. But then it got bad again, he is now vomiting more then ever on this formula and has seemed to become constipated - he has not yet started solids.

more worrying was that he was very quiet while choking - he just couldn't seem to swallow/breathe. He would also occasionally do a small vomit which was like clotted milk. My guess is for some babies, the reflux continues but because this is quite thick, when they do bring it up it's much thicker and can cause the choking mentioned? Really sad to stop it as it was otherwise excellent!

Its good so far – I just wanted to let people know that this formula is designed to be made and served at room temp no heating of the water is required and if you do yes it will go lumpy and block the teat. Amazing for my reflux baby! – We tried four other types of formula before finding S-26 Gold AR. It’s the only one that has worked for our baby without giving him nasty reactions. happened with aptimal and won’t use this crap formula again also the teats blocked every time and wouldn’t come out of bottle. Waste of money !! Oh and turned baby’s poo green and smelly runny

Frustrated – Used S26 Gold Comfort for my 2 girls and with my son who has reflux I use S26 Gold AR.... which is horrible... son screaming the house down due to the formula not dissolving properly and clogging teat it is soo annoying been trying not to get frastrated but enough is enough... unfortunately have to move to a new formula that dissolves... Show details

It’s a love hate relationship – This formula has changed bubs spit up and vomits from 5-6 times after a feed to almost zero and he is less fussy after each bottle now as it really calms down his reflux. Unfortunately I’ll have to change to another AR product that can hopefully work the same magic without the downside of the consistency of the formula and difficulty with my boy getting frustrated through his feeds. Such a shame as I paid $20 at Coles as it was on special and was hoping to make it bubs regular formula but it’s definitely not worth the hassle and stress during feeds.

Blockage – Brought this for my newborn and will not be buying it again! Such a waste of money. My baby didn’t get to try it as it was insanely thick and maybe one or two sucks if lucky before she was screaming because it was blocked! much i have shaken that damn bottle, it NEVER dissolves properly. My kid is in constant histerics when i try to feed her. I have her on reflux medication, but that doesn't help the vomiting, so i decided to give this a whirl and i have had nothing but regrets ever since. I don't know if its the 'minor formulation changes' or if it has always been this crap, but if i could throw this tin at you right now, i would. The state my baby gets in when she just wants to feed is unacceptable. Wish i kept my receipt but i get why the price was heavily reduced. Worst. Decision. Ever.

Great Formula – My baby was originally on the s26gold which gave her extremely bad Reflux , but started her on s26 AR and it is the best thing I did for my baby she loves it and her vomiting/reflux has gone it's hard to mix so I stir it before shaking but this formula is really helping her alot I'd recommend this to any mother that's going through this situation makes the baby happy and the parent stress free

Good and affordable – My baby likes this formula and it's easy to prepare. No constipation and seems like my baby satisfied the milk. And the price is affordable and sometimes on special at chemist warehouse. I always buy in bulk if it's on special or discounted price. And easy to get even travelling to asia.

It is a great formula – This is not the regular brand I usually buy. But there were not stock of A2 in the Coles so I gave it a try. It is easy to prepare, you put two spoons of milk powder, fill in some water and shake it. That is done. The information on the tin is easy to understand and follow. The baby didn't seem to taste the differences and drank all of it. Up to now, he seems OK and none side effects have been noticed.

it now at 6 months old . It seems a lot thicker and heavier when you first mix it up compared to the normal formula but I guess that’s maybe why his little tummy was able to keep it down . He didn’t get Constipated either . It’s great stuff

Good product – Information on the tin is easy to follow making preparing bottles easy. Have just given to my fully breast feed baby and seems to be working well. Will continue to use as my baby has reflux and this formula seems to be working. Would recommend this formula to other mums.

Little goes a long way – Not as easy to mix as the original, but if you combine formulas it mixes easily and you can mix it with some expressed breast milk too, baby doesn't seem to mind the taste, the spit-up seems pretty reasonably coagulated. Hard to tell if it gives my baby gas or if she's swallowing gas from the teat when bottlefeeding

I want the old formula back!!! – I would have given the old formula 5/5 but with the new tin there has been a slight change in the formula & the vomiting has started again. Not as bad as other brand formulas I've tried but enough to consider trying a different brand again.
