Terrible quality. Have purchased lots of these refills for the dishmatic handle, so so many have just come clean off as the glue doesn't stick. Contacted support, send proof via email, company initially pretended to care but then stooped responding and did not replace faulty products. Will have to find another brand as quality is bad and also company are terrible to deal with.

Support this fantastic Australian Company, you can't go past Sabco products for quality and durability. Thanks so much Sabco, I will remain a loyal customer.

 Follow-up  · Replacement working as well as expected, if not better! Replacement was sent within 2 days and fit exactly as it should. Sabco would have to be one of THE BEST companies for customer service. That's why SABCO is always my first choice in cleaning products. Always has been!

went straight out and bought another exactly the same as the broken one. (I love Sabco products and have other pieces in the range.) Then the day before good Friday the same piece broke and I was pretty peeved. Sitting down on Good Friday with my husband and nothing else to do I emailed the feedback section at Sabco, stating my disappointment and made some suggestions as to fixing the issue (not that I'm an engineer) I went about my morning not thinking about it. Within the hour I had an email from Herman the CEO and am having my pieces replaced at no charge. What truly made this experience exceptional was that I got a reply on a public holiday not an automated AI reply but a real reply taking action agreeing with my concerns and offering to replace the broken part of the product free of charge! I think for the times that we live in this is a true testament to a great business, 1. Always putting customers first. 2. Leadership at its best, the CEO, taking on the role of receiving and replying to feedback instead of delegating a task that gives him full oversight into the products they sell, therefore generating a reason to trust that even if the product fails, the manufacturer will look after you as the consumer. 3. It's so rare that we don't have to jump through hoops, fill out forms, argue the point, make formal complaints to have someone take action and this was so very refreshing and restored my faith in humanity (yes over a broken mop) but in today's society it was that most real and meaningful interaction I've experienced as a customer for a while. Thank you Sabco, keep up the amazing customer service, I'm telling everyone.

I bought a Sabco Spin Mop set it is a great spin mop and I reached out to Sabco regarding a broken latch and screw on head screw that split. Very happy with the response from Sabco as they are going to send me a new handle that very much. Show reply

I have always been very happy with the quality of Sabco Cleaning products. I recently purchased a Sabco Sponge Mop Refill Premium Quality Natural Cellulose 2 PACK to replace the worn sponges on my two Breeze Mop (4 post) sponge mops. as I was inserting it in the hole on the plastic head. I contacted Sabco via their online contact form explaining my predicament and attached two photos one showing the packaging, screw tops and rear of replacement mop, and the second showing a detail of the broken post and the place it broke from. I asked Sabco if they might be able to post me a replacement sponge for the one with the broken post. I picked up a parcel containing a replacement packet Sabco Sponge Mop Refill Premium Quality Natural Cellulose 2 PACK this morning. three castors wheels, as the rest of the bucket was working perfectly I contacted Sabco seeking directions as to where to obtain replacements castor wheels. Sabco replied that they would supply and send me three castor wheels as replacements. You can’t beat that for after sales service. Go Sabco!

Sabco Mop Bucket (XL Wide Mouth) – After falling down the stairs, my 1 day old mop bucket suffered catastrophic injuries to its wringer. (This was no fault at all of the bucket). Not that it is an expensive item but old hands need all the help they can get and there friendly and positive response to offer and replace it was accepted. Brought one of there spray mops, worked great once and once only, does not spray, emailed them had on and only one reply. Gave me a tip on trying to fix it, didn't work and have gone silent. Would not recommend there products or the crappy service. Show details

Re: Multi-Fit Sponge Mop Refill I got one use out of it before the sponge broke away from its support and became unusable. The glue is inferior or insufficient! (I did not leave it sitting in water and this is the second time this has happened). These refills cost a fortune … this is unacceptable! Do better!!

Cannot believe how well it works for such a reasonable price – Bought yesterday 16 November2023, I am so pleased with my Sabco Sweeper bought at Bunnings. I was amazed how much dog hair and dirt it picked up I will use regularly so as to keep vacuuming to a minimum. We are elderly and don’t have a cleaner so the Sabco Sweeper is a great help. What a joke .. ! – On hold for 2 hours and 45 minutes today before call was answered and in that time I washed dog, vacuumed house and had a shower .. no reply emails .. see photos attached of time on phone and plastic mop bucket that exploded .. Had issues in the past and they are the metal mop bucket top when you tip the water out the handle doesn't lock in place… Read more

and water comes out in a flood when yiu tip it up because it releases. I sent vids, photos and everything that time and product is faulty and there must be thousands of them out there and I hope no one got burnt if using hot water not that I do .. Sabco is very very disappointing and substandard products ...

Clean ease flat mop wringer set – I have bought two of these sets for my family. Couldn't be more happy with them. Do the job well and are easy to assemble and use. Good product service – Bought the above's Absorbi Scrub PVA Sponge Mop from Bunnings to clean outdoor tiles - it does a good job. Tried to get the refill for the mop, (couldn't find it & bought a new one) so emailed Sabco to ask where I could purchase refills They have been very helpful, telling me that it should be available at Bunnings but if it was out of stock to "special order" it. Show reply

Excellent customer service – Thank you to Sabco who provided a replacement mop head for our Rinse N Wring Complete Flat Mop Micro Fibre Set that we love after our mop head broke. Sabco Pan Set – This is a reasonably strong product but I find it impractical to use. It does not stand up on its own which makes it clumsy to use. I don't carry the pan around all the time and have to lean it against something, usually a wall, which I don't like and would prefer that it stood up on its own. Show details
