Mopping at my friends' house with their trusty Sabco slide and wring mop, when the head detached from the pole. How do I reaffix it please? I have two small pieces which came out: a firm coiled spring and a Sabco green nub with a rubber or silicone tip. It's not clear to me how those pieces help the head reattach. My friends prefer this model and told me they used it faithfully for two years of cleaning up after their pet, so I need to fix this or replace.

Just bin it. They are simply cheap and nasty. I had the same problem the first time used it so it went straight in the bin. Waste of time and money.

I have used this.mop only a few times as I find that after wringing it out and it's flat on the floor I am using alot of muscle to keep it flat and not flipping back up into the wringing position. Am I doing somethi g wrong as I end up with very sore arms.

no your not simply thus us it’s a silly design my advise chuck it out in the bin I’ve now found the perfect mop from Bright Tools but better still is the Brighttools Broom …honestly this puts ever mop or broom i’ve ever tried to shame in fact if you can’t afford both you only need them broom which has a flat squeeze side comes swish this dude around and it gathers up everything if the floor it comes with extra extra large wet disposable cloths with heavenly perfume what you do is you pop these cloths over the handle of the broom and swish your way around your floors it glides its way under everything cupboards under fridge please look at this link and watch how works if you can afford to keep buying the disposables then make them yourself from old towels if you just purchase the mop it’s also brilliant larger sturdy all bright handles come apart easily to store watch the company video external link

I purchased this mop recently and love the idea that the mop can be easily washed after use. Unfortunately I'm finding that the wringer is not removing enough water from the mop and it is still dripping wet when I mop the floor despite running the mop backwards and forwards through the wringer many times. I have to towel dry my floors after mopping which doubles the work involved. Is it possible the wringer part of the mop is not tight enough? Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

We think this is normal. But we did decide to use another mop (i.e. handle with absorbent pad) to finish the floor by going over it to take up excess moisture. The combination works exceptionally well. We are still very happy with the Sabco product and would not change our product review.

Hi Louise, Sorry to hear that, that's not the experience we want you to have with our products. Can you please send me a video of the issue you're experiencing at social@sabco.com.au and a screenshot of this conversation?

Also thank you Nugget for your comment, we are happy you're enjoying our product :)

Hi I just purchased this mop. It has a great squivel head to get into tight corners but the extension does not stay in place. It's hard to move as you must keep your hand on the lower part of the handle and the other hand up the top so I am bending over to mop and this is uncomfortable. If you just mop the extension slides back in and it's annoying. With the shorter handle if you don't hol it correctly the mop does not lay flat in the floor. It's great for the floors but awful and annoying to mop with due to the handle

Good Afternoon, I'm so sorry this is happening. I've emailed this onto the product expert to see if there is a fix or if this is faulty. If it's faulty, we would be happy to replace it. I will keep you posted. Kind Regards

We are finding it difficult to keep the handle extended as the movement required to slide the mop loosens the extension and slips back to shorter pole, are we doing something wrong ?

Nugget

We have now found the same problem. Great mop, my wife and I love it, but she gets frustrated because she has to continually tighten the pole. This was not so apparent when we did the review, but then it was almost new. We've now used it many times and agree with you.

Hi, We haven't gotten a lot of reviews about the products and not a lot of complaints. Seeing that you both have the same issue could you please send a picture of the problem and then ill see what i can do to get you a properly working mop but also to see how we can fix the mop. Cheers

Hi, Some good news. I can send you both a replacement slide to wring mop. I just need your full name and address, please. As well as this we can include a return code to have both your mops returned for free to our company so that we can test them to try and fix the issue. ill send you both a direct message and we can take it from there. Cheers
