Hi Christina, Thanks for getting in touch. We're sorry to hear this happened; it's certainly not the experience we want you to have. You can re-attach the SuperSwish Spray Mop Head to the Handle. 1. Position the Mop Head and Handle: Align the mop handle above the groove on the mop head where it needs to be inserted. Carefully Flex the Mop Head by gently bending the mop head just enough to allow the handle to slide into the locking groove.

Be careful not to over-bend as excessive force can damage the plastic.

2. Insert the Handle Into the Groove: Press the handle firmly into the groove on the mop head. You may hear or feel a click once it’s correctly seated.

Use Two People if Needed: If you’re finding it difficult to align or apply enough pressure safely, it may help to have a second person hold the mop head steady while you press the handle into place.

3. Check It’s Secure: Once attached, give the mop a gentle test to ensure the head is properly locked in and not loose.

If you wait Sabco will reach out and offer to replace it. The bottles and clips holding the folding piece are the parts that break down.

The bottles either leak or just stop working. Usually after only a couple of uses. If you’ve got the receipt you’re better off taking it back and getting a refund. They’re very troublesome items and break quickly.

Hi Jill. The concept is good. However there are major flaws with it. The spray bottle only works a couple of times then stops. I’ve not been able to make it work again so I use a spray bottle instead. The other problem is the head comes off. There is a spring inside the part connecting the head to handle. If the handle comes off it’s almost impossible to put back on and that’s if you find the spring. I’d suggest if you have the receipt still take it back and get a refund. These are two universal problems we all have with them. Hope this helps.

Hi Jill, Have you tried removing the bottle, pouring warm water directly into the cavity then pulling trigger handle 6-8 times. If this sprays then it may be a problem with the bottle. Hi Sabco, I tried that with my mob and it look spraying perfectly, when I attach the bottle, it does not spray or just a bit drop come out. How do I fix the bottle head?

My advice to you is to give up on this mop and move on. Put your money into something that will work consistently. I have gone through about 6 of these moos within 1.5 years. All replaced by Sabco. The trouble is, the mop fails to spray after about 2 weeks use. Performing the suggestions on trouble shooting this problem does not work. Sabco customer support are very responsive and keen to rectify any problems, however the company is let down with an inferior product. This will be my last Sabco mop and already it has stopped spraying after 2 weeks. Another one that will be going to the dump.

It’s a two person job. The whole head snapped off mine. They REFUSED to replace it as I live 38 km out of town and have a P.O. Box. So instead they sent me the spring for inside it with instructions. They actually say in the note it will take two people to do it. Mop might be a good idea. The way it’s built however is really bad. If you can find someone to help maybe you’ll do it. Mine is still not reattached. Sabco are cheap and unresponsive. They made me feel like the whole thing was my fault for it falling apart. Good luck.

Please note that this may require 2 people to re-attach the head and that you should only bend the head just enough so that the body of the mop can fit into the grove.

I had the same problem &/or the sponge just breaks away on every mop head I have bought. Also, the mop heads arnt strong enough to get sticky bits off the floor. I have had enough, I decided to design my own mop head & I made my own prototype & it works brilliant! It has lasted longer than any mop head I have ever brought from the stores. I am so glad I decided to design & make my own.

Mine dosent leak. If the lid is screwed on tightly it shouldn't leak, even when the mop is upright. Could it be faulty?

There’s a constant drip from my bottle even when not attached to the mop handle. I think it must be faulty. Thanks

While we do not recommend leaving water in the bottle as over time there may be leaks, this sounds out of the ordinary. Hey I googled the answer, I fixed the problem by running warm water through the nozzle of the bottle!

The SuperSwish Spray Mop's water bottle supplies water to the spray nozzle when you activate the handle trigger.

Please note that we do not recommend storing the SuperSwish Spray Mop with liquid still in bottle, as it may leak.

I was able to remove the mop head when doing a repair. The mop head C-attachment should be able to slip back over the differential attachment on the mop handle. I suggest that you contact Sabco customer service/support as they were very helpful to me.

Hey guys. There is a spring supposed to be in that tiny round bit fitting the head onto the stick. If you don’t have the spring it won’t work. If you do have the spring it’ll need two people to reattach. Impossible alone. I’ll never get another one.
