I can't keep the mop extended fixed. It just slips back down?

Not sure ! Try Sabco . I found that company very helpful and had a small part replaced, posted and free of charge. The mop was just out of warranty but I’d kept the receipt.,

Hi Elizabeth, I'm sorry to hear this happened, it's certainly not the experience we want you to have. If you are twisting to secure and the handle wont lock into place, it's possible that the handle was over tightened at some point which may have broken the internal locking mechanism. Send us an email (ask.sabco@sabco.com.au) with your postal details and we can arrange a new handle.

How do I keep the mop extended as there isn't any instructions

When enquiring about a spare part I was asked how the mop was stored and replied, as follows- Inside in a well ventilated area Mop head washed frequently ( no fabric conditioner) Mop head replaced once dry Upright in a dry condition Used about twice a week in a domestic setting. Hopefully this is of some help

Hi Elizabeth, The handle of the SuperSwish Xtra can be extended by twisting the smooth lime green sections on the pole clockwise to loosen and expand, and then twisting them anti-clockwise to lock into place. You can refer to our YouTube video for a visual demonstration of using the product.

If the extension doesn't work or collapses, it could be due to a broken internal locking mechanism. This may occur if the handle is twisted too tightly. Remember, gentle twisting is all that's needed to secure the handle. (This issue might have occurred in-store before you bought the mop)

If this is the case send us an email (ask.sabco@sabco.com.au) with your postal details so we can assist you further.

Hi. I've just bought this little wonder and trying to assemble it. Can anyone please explain to me how to put the scouring pad on? What is the purpose of the green button thing. I can't see any explanation so would appreciate if someone can enlighten me.

Thank you.

Hi sydneymidge - Thanks for reaching out! Glad to hear you have purchased one of our Super Swish Xtra - I'm sure you will love it! I have taken a series of photos to clearly show this for you how to put the refill pads on and off, but I can't seem to attach them here!

Are you able to reply with an email address that I can send these to for you?

Thanks so much -

Sabco

Thank you for your reply. I did manage to work it out for myself and afterwards found the 'how to' leaflet which had fallen out. The only thing I would like to know now is the purpose of the small white pocket on top of the mop.

Kind regards

sydneymidge

How do I clean the drypad? There's so much fluff on it I worry it will block up the washing machine filter if I put it in the wash. It seems a waste of water to use a whole washing cycle just for one thing as well - but I don;t feel like putting clothes in with it since it;s so dirty.

I would suggest pulling the fluff off by hand, soaking it in a bucket of soapy water and handwashing it or putting it in the machine with other cleaning rags.

I use a small wire brush that I use to brush my two cats. It works very well.
