Razelle and the rest of the team managed to get my complete order together and dispatched so quickly, everything arrived a few days earlier than needed.
Packaging was great, everything arrived in perfect condition.
I contacted customer service after realising that physical Salt& Pepper stores were closing down and I still had a gift card that stated only able to be used in Salt& pepper stores. It took a a little time to resolve but in the end received a satisfactory outcome. I received good correspondence by Mary D from customer service and she was easy to get in touch with via emails.
Bad service, bad product – Very disappointed in this product and the company's response, which is zero. I have 2 of these boards and the decal is starting to come of. The idea is to place cheese straight onto the board but in spite of treating these exactly as instructed on the box the ink is coming off. I did not that the decals were done in some kind of ink. contacting the company many ways...through a manager at a store who has sent details to H/O , through chat and an on line form. They have not even bothered to contact me. All I wanted to know was what the dye is made from and if it is in any way harmful. Clearly not a customer oriented company.
