Rip off! – I was quoted $245 to gain entry to the property after locking myself out. Once the door was open he expected us to pay $430! What absolute rubbish. Do not recommend this company!

make a bit of drama first. Then magically able to open the door and give us overall breakdown. He charge us $750 including his "weekend call rate" of $200. You don't have a choice but to pay because job is done. If he told us that's the overall fee, we wouldn't go with it. We will find other ways. We were trapped outside and it's cold. But that kind of money is more than our emergency budget. This company prey on people's desperation and hopes. I silently pray that karma get this company someday, karma will get the guy who overcharge us. BEWARE of this company and find a better locksmith with good reputation.

Scamming – Scam I should have read the reviews first ! They just came up first on google but they tried to charge almost double what I have paid for the same job and then expected me to haggle the price down , I hate bartering when I’m stressed and locked out , just have a set price

Avoid at all costs, scam company – Had this company come out to fix my lock, the lock broke again less than 48 hours later and they would not answer their phone so I have had to call another locksmith. Now after repeated calls they are claiming to be reimbursing me some money but now their number is disconnected and no refunded provided. Avoid

Avoid! – They never showed up to the scheduled time - waited for an hour and cancelled in the end. The guy said he tried to call me, but no missed calls or messages so for sure he didn't. Operators don't know what they're doing - they kept saying they're 5-10 min away. But no one was on the way!

Angry pensioner – Requested a call for Sam locksmith in Brighton . They came after two hour wait. they drilled out a lock and replaced a cylinder lock door . what should have been a £150 pounds for this job they charged £375 for. It took about an hour. Definitely been conned by these two Romanian chaps. Their website should be taken down to avoid anyone else being conned. dont use this company

a price and the lady hesitantly said $99 minimum. I locked out few times so I knew the price and knew that it would be done easily with a stick thing that they use. Thought it said 15 min on the website but the locksmith said 30 min. It took him more than an hour to get to my place. When I asked for a price, he said it's 6.01pm and after hour starts from 6pm so $630 in total. I was so angry cause I knew it was a total, rip off and [Content Removed]! It was him who couldn't follow my instruction to locate the entrance. I told him even on a public holiday, it only cost me $250, as it's an easy door opening. He insisted on that price so I rang the number on the website, of course got angry then he said he can reduce it to $390 so I negotiated to $350. Though I didn't pay $700 like others in here, I'm so upset with these people and boiling inside. Their website is total fraud and they are scammers! I called the company again, asked for an invoice with ABN and asked the lady to give me a contact details on the manager. This manager is now saying that after hours starts from 5pm yet the locksmith guy told me 6pm. This company should be banned on Google search. I am going to report this to everywhere! Rippers – Don't call them please. Rip me off for just 1 minute job 313$. Didn't tell me price over phone. The locksmith said on beginning what the lock must be changed. they were closest an hour away. Four hour wait, which ended with me smashing my window to get in BECAUSE THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. They lie to get you to commit to using their technicians then wait hours when they say they will have someone there instantly. Complete garbage company, stay away from using them.

Scammers making up prices as they go – 0 stars. Quoted me $329 for 5 minute job then tried to add on a load of imaginary fees totalling 600. Ended up paying 400 in the end after a lot of arguing. Absolute con artists and scammers do not use.

Bad and Too expensive to other locksmith – Charge too much way too much than the market price. They will not mention the price, until they opens the lock. Then they will start rub your money. One call out cost me $700

Do not use – Absolute ripoff. Wanted to charge $ 250 for a lock barrel, very poor quality compared to Bunnings (retails for $20~$40). Was not even complete, no mounting screws. the man named Aii that it was double of what I’ve paid in the past. He rang his boss talked in a diff language and came back and said my boss said he can do for $480. He was arguing against me saying this is the price for the bottom lock only. If the top lock was needing to be opened it would be double. Avoid at all costs. Disgusting humans.

scam! – The locksmith was polite but broke my lock :/ Also while opening the lock they scratched the paint in our doorframe (we are renting). After calling back 3 separate times they would apologise and say that they are sending someone over, but no one has ever come to fix this. Didn't even give us an invoice afterwards. Maybe best to take this to the Department of Fair Trading..

Nightmare – Very disappointed,,,came up on locksmith search and the guy who came to unlock my car scratched the car and the window,,not only that he then tell me that he can’t fix the locker,,never call this scammers and I wish it wasn’t come up on locker smith’s search

Just terrible – It’s not even worth for 1 star. A guy came to open my door for an hour and half, almost broke my door, got scratch everywhere and dents on wall. Still he couldn’t make it. He said the lock needs to be changed and he will bring the new lock from his car. He went out of the the building and ran away. Never answered the phone. The other locksmiths came and opened it in 5mits. Unbelievable.

Do not use this company. Outrageous pricing – Sam Locksmiths appeared at the top of an online search for locksmiths in my area (northern Sydney). As other reviews have noted, price charged was well in excess of advertised price ($45 plus call out of $35); the company is completely unresponsive to account queries (phone and email); and their website misrepresents customer feedback ("1500 testimonials" but only one displayed). The company appears to have multiple names and phone numbers with an invoice issued by "Elite Everest". This company exploited my relative vulnerability (no keys, no phone) and my need for urgent service, when I stupidly locked myself out of my home. I will be making a complaint to Department of Fair Trading.

This pricing is exorbitant and completely unjustifiable.

Furthermore, the service claims to have a commendable review score of 4.7 out of 5 from over 1500 reviews. However, despite my dissatisfaction, I couldn't find any platform where I could leave a review for this service. This lack of transparency raises concerns, as I believe it is important for potential customers to have access to accurate feedback.

I feel compelled to express my disappointment here, in the hopes that others are not deceived or taken advantage of by this service.
