Incredible customer service – Just want to thank the manager and staff at samson cycles. Had a problem with getting my tyres pumped (valves weren’t engaging properly) on Wednesday 11 sep. no problems they stopped what they were doing got is sorted for me and back on the road so i got to work on time. Fixed my friends Mercedes e bike – Fantastic service. Very reasonable prices. We didn't have Manuel so tech had to Google repair on back end. Highly recommend only took a day to fix and retilurn. Going really well now. I will be back. Show details

Ebike and hybrid – I bought the womens ebike for my wife and a hybrid for myself about a year ago and I’m very happy with both of them. Excellent value for money. I’m gonna get the mens ebike which I saw comes out this month

Terrible repairing service – Bike not fixed on time. Not fully and detailed checked as they told they would do. They put me as a cyclist at a great risk for not fixing the bike properly.

Best bike shop I have dealt with for a long time – I am a regular cyclist and have found this place to be my 'go to' bike shop over many years. They have everything I need from chain oil and tubes where nothing is too much trouble. The other day I had a disc brake problem and they fixed it up for free. Great place to buy a bike – I went into buy a part for my very old bike, and walked out with a new flat bar road bike for a very modest cost and for not much more than fixing my old bike which is 25 years old. Best thing I have done great bike and great service and Ryan and his wife are extremely nice.

Sampson Cycles – Really friendly staff. I went to Sampson Cycles with my daughter to buy a bike for her. Ryan was honest with me and told me he did not have the right bike size for my daughter. Great to her he wasn’t trying to convince me to make an incorrect purchase. Excellent local bike shop – I bought my daughter’s bike here and had many of our bikes fixed here and Ryan is always helpful and has competitive prices. Open hours are great and location on the bike path and train line is super handy. Would definitely recommend to all. 5/5 no question!

helped me get my head around the options while juggling the needs of all the other customers. I was going to visit another shop before making my choice, but decided there was no point: everything I needed was right there. The hard part was choosing between the really nice steel-framed 3-speeder, which for an old fart like me has a really great feel, and the many gears of the Urban 7. Unfortunately I couldn't have both and lots of gears won (this time). Helmet 40 bucks, lock 30 and away. Many thanks, see you next time :-)

Great service and excellent product – Went into the shop not really knowing what bike was best for me and ended up walking out with a brand new Urban-7 flat bar road bike. Excellent Service and Products – Went in to Samson cycles after reviewing other bike options in the area. The staff were very friendly and the bikes were good quality and, most importantly, well assembled. The shop is next to a train station but on a quiet street, allowing you to test the bike safely. Staff never made us feel pressured and they were very informative. The bike itself is very nice. Price, Service, Location
