Hi - just bought my fridge last week and had it installed on Monday (25/09/23). So far the bottom freezer door pops open whenever the top fridge door is closed. I am sure that the freezer door is not meant to open like that. Please advise on this issue. Thanks

How do I change the temperature of the freezer?
Hey leo, I have reached out to our technicians and hopefully get an answer asap. in the meantime , have you tried locating the temperature gauge near the back of the fridge on the inside?

Hey leo, Its covered on page 18 of the user manual. User manual comes with the unit and can be downloaded of Samsung.com external link This will most probably explain how you can change the temperature of the freezer.
