Samsung can't repair the compressor – Seven month old Fridge 649L French Door from Good Guys in Tweed Heads. Compressor faulty and the whole fridge needs replacing. Samsung refuses to replace the fridge and offering only money back ...trouble is the fridge is now worth $600 to replace it since we brought it. Good Guys at Tweed Heads have wiped their hands off it (my understanding is they are getting a lot of Samsung products returned) and have placed it on to their Concierge group (which we paid extra for) and they are saying they can't do anything to help because Samsung are saying they have no fridges of this model. Why pay for the Good Guys Concierge when they can't do anything to help.
Warning to all buyers wanting a Fridge don't go near Good Guys at Tweed Heads and definitely stay well away from Samsung. Just as a footnote: we have a friend who has nine Samsung fridges in six years because of the compressors breaking down.
Purchased in for $3,100.
Crap!!!...4 weeks later and you have done nothing to replace our broken down fridge. Liars, Liars Liars.
SAMSUNG IS RUBBISH.....DON'T BUY THERE PRODUCTS UNLESS YOU WANT MONTHS AND MONTHS OF HEARTACHE AND GRIVE!!!!!
