Samsung AQV24UW split system air conditioner – I would not recommend Samsung to anyone. I purchased a new reverse cycle split system airconditioner and the cooling didn't work. Samsung refused to replace it and I had to wait for 3 weeks in 38C temperatures for the parts to have it repaired..I wouldn't recommend Samsung to anyone. After sales service is disgusting! Didn't work

What I hate is leaving the nice cool air conditioned room for the outside heat!

Looks nice on the wall, shame it doesnt work – I have owned many air conditioners over the years, and having recently purchased a series of a/cs for my house, not one of the Samsung models I have purchased functioned correctly. This model was standout failure in a suite of dud, it doesnt work at all. Warranty and level of service (at least in Brisbane) is no existent. Buy a Dimplex. Its white I doesnt work, there is no warranty is just a piece of paper
