Samsung Duct S AC160/180/200JNHFKH/SA Series Questions & Answers
VerifiedHow much is the cost to replace compressor of the unit?
Bouht this 18kw unit recently, pretty hopeless compared to my old Mitsubishi. Even when the Mitsubishi was dying after 20YEARS it performed better than this Samsung.

Hi I have just had one installed and was just wondering what was the best settings for energy efficient to use . I have a air touch 4 . And I have been getting the spill warnings when not running enough zones can that damage the duct work ?
I also have airtouch 4. I tend to leave the fan on auto and either heat or cool. The spill should only come on when only 1 zone is active. My spill zone also has 3 outlets so it can be on by itself. You may be turning the other zones off causing the spill to activate, which is what shoukd happen to prevent duct "blow outs"..
Ok . I have tryed the auto before just seemed weird the vents wouldn't close anymore then 50% in auto I'll give it another go I have temp sensors in every zone just thought they would close more to regulate the temp .
Hey Todd, we recommend for you to reach out to our air conditioners technical support. We have provided a link below to help you.

Ok thanks
Winter a/c feels real hot, is there a way to set on a dry setting and still take chill from the air to approx 20 degrees?
I haven't used the dry setting. I understand that the dry setting can be used to remove the moisture from the air. I just there woukd be no harm in giving it a go to see if it works. If the air feels "hot" just lower the temperature. Tge AC will try to heat the house up to the set point as fast as it can and then it will maintain that temperature by backing off. You coukd try reducing the temperature that you set it to and leaving the AC always on . I leave mine on most of the day and night but at a lower setting. Only raising it early in the morning.
ok thank you.
