Don't waste your money – Bought the dryer in March 2022, never having bought a heat pump dryer before I thought maybe taking all day to dry clothes was the normal for these types of dryers.. clothes would come out damp, smelly, sometimes they were dry other times still wet after 8 hours of drying. After a few months I called customer service who sent out a technician, he replaced the whole motherboard in the dryer and said it wasn't working properly.. Another month passes and it starts doing the same thing.. after a while we call and advise them the same thing is happening, they send out another authorised samsung repair guy who states he can't find anything wrong with it but says it's going through the test super quick which isn't normal and neither is taking over 8 hours to dry a load of clothes. Samsung now refuse to acknowledge anything is wrong, refuse to repair, replace or refund the dryer. Have gone to office of fair trading, samsung didn't acknowledge their emails or phone calls either.. Now stuck with a 10kg heat pump dryer that doesn't work and I paid $2000 for and its only 6 months old. Do yourself a favour and don't waste your money like I did

Purchased in at Harvey Norman Retail Stores for $2,049.

Can’t wait for Samsung to take it away! – Like it’s matching washer, it’s a complete lemon. It doesn’t dry my clothes. I’ve had Samsung’s authorised repairer come inspect it under warranty, they’re so incompetent they squished its drain hose twice now which has now caused it to presumably blow a pump or something as the thing does not work whatsoever and clothes come out wetter and smellier than before.

It shouldn’t be this difficult for a 10kg dryer to dry a couple of baby clothes. I’ve tried small loads, large loads, one shirt - nothing.

I used to love Samsung but honestly save yourself the hassle - do not buy. I had the model previous to this one and not one issue, this thing is a dud.
