Disgusting – This Samsung dryer is such a dud that Samsung are refusing to provide me or the good guys with the technician report. They are claiming I damaged the heat exchanger in a machine that's under a year old costing over $1200 dollars. They then refuse to provide the good guys with a replacements receipt so I can exchange or refund through them. Clearly the product is defective and Samsung is being underhanded, and dodgy. Various reviews online claim the exact same defective behaviour as me.. that is that the machine does not dry the load and runs for hours.

I will be taking them to VCAT. They are blocking me from receiving any assistance with there defective machine. I'm a single mother with 3 dependants and I've been left without a dryer for several months. I'm very angry and disappointed in such a reputable company behaving in a very greedy and incomprehensible way.

The good guys will be supporting in my case to hold Samsung accountable as the good guys would have replaced or exchanged the machine though Samsung is refusing to provide them with approval, documentation, receipt, anything! The vendetta is real!
