Horrible item - Samsung dryer – When drying sheets and towels the dryer rolls items up into a ball. You have to frequently stop and unravel your items. Dryer takes way to long to undertake the simplest of tasks. Samsung has overcomplicated it. Samsung things has to be activated each load and only set criteria allows you to do that. I own about $30,000 of Samsung items and i am a massive advocate for Samsung however this item is a Very poor product
