Such a well known brand has failed – Samsung Smart AI Heat Pump Dryer sounds very fancy in a well known brand however, the settings on this dryer do not dry laundered items unless settings are on cotton 3. adequately. i would not purchase this item again and feeling like I'm stuck with a very expensive appliance purchase error.

Love it, use it every day ! – I use this dryer every day with out noticing it on my power bill,it does take awhile to dry with larger loads but it's worth waiting the extra time when my clothes come out looking wrinkle free and dry Show reply

Love it – Owned it for a month and love it. It's quiet and easy to operate. Clothes have also taken a lot less time to dry than we were expecting for a heat pump dryer. We also especially like the Outdoors cycle which has worked well with all of the family's sports wear. Show details ·  1

disappointing and when I asked for a refund they said they couldn’t issue one for 30 business days which doesn’t help either if you are without a machine! They will lie to you and each person is just reading off a script so you don’t get any actual information.

**Update: After finally reaching someone at the head office, I was told they don’t deliver to my area but would make an exception :/ Products were delivered 2/12/2022 - over 3 months late. I’ve been asking for compensation for the delay but since the products have been delivered radio silence from their end again. So now having to go to VCAT.

Avoid purchasing from this company direct! There have been too many horror stories and the hassle of dealing with them is not worth it.

to if I want. I have the matching washing machine so putting them on together means the dryer can suggest what setting based on the washing machine cycle. E.g. If I put it on the towels washing setting, the dryer will automatically suggest a towel dry setting (which is amazing and keeps my towels soft instead of coming out crunchy). It also tells me when it's time to service it. My bedding doesn't roll up into a ball either so it all drys perfectly. I also love the airwash feature...its great for jeans. I can't fault this dryer at all.
