I have a Samsung UA65KU6000WXXY TV model and for many years I was able to watch movies and programs on streaming app Kanopy (membership through my Kingston Library). Couple weeks ago I am unable to watch any program on Kanopy and the following message is displayed on TV: Sorry. Samsung TV version isn't supported."
Can you help with this issue?
Also I have another problem. To wach any streaming app such as Netflix or YouTube I need to connect to Interned via cable as wifi connection does not work. Can you also help with this problem?

Thanks for your advice. I followed up it and updated TV software to the latest version. After this I was able to connect to Internet via WIFI but my Kanopy streaming platform still does not allow me to watch their movies. I contacted Kanopy support and they advised me that to watch movies I need to have Samsung software Tizen 5.0 or higher version. I tried to find what Software version is used by my TV but I was unable to find this information in Settings. Could you please advise how I can check what Software version is installed on my TV. If this is not Tizen 5.0 or higher then is it possible to install the required software on my TV?

Having trouble getting SBS channels here in Melbourne. Anyone have a clue why that might be? ABC and all others all OK, have done a channel scan and only get a small number of channels maybe 29 or so. Doesn't seem right. Thanks for any help.

How do I connect my TV wirelessly with my macbook air 2015
You Don't :( I tried over the years and the only connection I can get is from a Windows 11 to the TV via Ethernet cable. I can cast via cable to the TV's - I have a Series-ua50ku6000 and a Series-ua70ku6000w.
I cannot connect Wireless Keyboards or speakers or iPhone. I can stream Foxtel and internet Wirelessly. I believe the Samsung TV's wireless setup is not funky enough to cope with all it's wireless duties properly.
Wireless equals blu-Tooth as well and Wireless. The Bluetooth I've never had any thing join to it.
Can I connect this with my note9?
You are supposed to. but you can't. If you go to >Settings >System >Input Device manager; it's suppose to be able to connect/pair there. But here is the thing, I have never had anything pair and reading through the posts on this site, no one else have ever got anything to work on it.
I have had the same experience of nothing working on the Input Device manager.

No, No and NO! Bluetooth does not work ; Over the years with the upgrades Samdung have rollout, they have taken away all sort of functionality that he TV had new. For this reason I will never buy another Samdung. Other than the compulsion to remove feature, their picture and build are second to none.
My smart-hub menu is now a Dumb-Hub menu that barely works, Picture in Picture, one of the main reasons I purchased this was taken away after a year of owning it, is that even legal to do? YouTube App gone lots of featured are greyed out on the settings menu.
Sorry for the long answer but 'no', you can't use their Bluetooth or Wireless to connect anything.

Facing the TV, Left hand side, look round the back in the Middle part of the the left half there is a figure 8 female plug.
Its hard to feel for but you need to look to identify it.
