Hi I have the UA55JU7000W . It still gives a great picture have had no problems until now 4 white dots have appeared on the screen .I understand its reflectores that have fallen of. Is there a Samsung TV repairer in Newcastle NSW that could replace them or can you reccamend a repairer.. The quality pf the picture is still great worth fixing. Cheers John

Hey Peter, the specifications indicate you should have 4 HDMI ports. Your one connect box will also have HDMI ports. If you seek further assistance please reach out to the retailer you purchased this TV from in Malaysia.

The ports should be located behind the TV, where you'll be able to connect the HDMI cable.

Suddenly tv does not play any netflix movies . Nor does it play streaming services in I view. Netflix advises it is a fault with the tv set and to contact samsung.
