VerifiedI have lost the screws to use with the stand for 55” NU8000 Series 8 TV. Could you please tell me what screws are required for this model, including the length for the screws?
I lost my screws that holds the TV to stand in its leg. Can you please send me a size or model details of the Screws so I can buy outside

My Samsung-UA65NU8000WXXY will not conect to the internet. When it tries it shuts down then starts up again with no internet. until today has been fine. Internet in house is fine. my smart TV is no longer smart
I deleted Seven Adelaide SD (Channel no. 7) to try to get the series recording in HD, and the bug then saw the second episode of the series recording from another Channel 7 SD channel (Channel no. 71). I have now deleted every SD channel, which seems like an extreme and unsatisfactory solution. I just can’t credit what the Samsung technician said, that it is a problem seen in every Samsung smart TV. Had anyone else seen this problem or found another solution?
We have a UA65RU8000WXXY Which we purchased last June. We have not had any issues until yesterday when while the tv was on, now we have no picture and audio has been coming on and off intermittently. We have checked all connections. Any ideas. Cheers, Anna

My UA65NU8000 has lost all corded inputs. Had satellite box connected with hdmi lead, video connected with RCA leads and normal coax antenna. Has worked floorlessly for 12 months and 3 days and is now unable to find inputs. Still connects to wifi and functions perfectly.

Have had no problem with series 8 until now, 7 plus not loading, unable to open settings to check status , flicks straight back to live TV every time, frustraing is the word we will use. 2 very unhappy kids in this house, most common app we use and its stuffed.

My Tv is less than 6 months old, working perfectly fine! Love the TV! NO issues except today whilst watching STAN app it just completely shut down and went into a BLACK screen and then you could hear sound but no image. Then it would flip to a blue screen again no image just sound and then it would turn itself off and on and repeat this cycle in one minute increments. This TV was $1300 and I really expect more. I literally just don't have a TV to use now. This is 100% a manufacturers defect! I contacted Samsung and they have given me details of a service centre who will apparently be coming out however I haven't heard anything. Tried to follow up with Samsung and no response. I will have no choice but to take it further! Such a shame, was a great TV and paid alot of money for it but they left me with no other choice and out of pocket.

I thought I could stream foxtel from the foxtel now app. But it doesn't come with Foxtel app & I cant get the app onto my TV to start streaming.

Hello guys does anyone know if this tv will work good playing ps4 games without input lag.
This TV is easily one of the best for gaming. The only possible way you can get better is if you switch to a monitor. The TV has roughly 18ms of input lag in 1080p and 4k and 6ms if you enable variable refresh rate with an Xbox. Just make sure you enable game mode in the settings menu to get the benefits of low input lag or you'll be looking at around 72ms. You can do this by going to General > External Device Manager and turn on Game Mode.

I received my new 65 inch Samsung on Saturday. Quite disappointed to find it will no longer play DivX, Mkv etc files. All previous sets used to, as do new LG sets etc. Why and when will this be fixed in a software update. This is significant as it is a feature downgrade for me. Most of my movie library is now useless and it was the purpose of a large TV. It will be really dumb if I have to step back in time and purchase a media player from Aldi to play a movie If this was a known deficit of the product I would not have bought it

i bought this Samsung Series 8 NU8000 65 inch TV very lately but can not seem to install any Android apps. Downloading says you have to allow Unknown sources in the Setting/security option but I can fing this option anywhere. Help Help please.

Has the nu8000 55 inch been discontinued? I rang Samsung today and they said that isn’t the case
I don’t think it has been disconnected as when v bought it it was the latest 2018 model just launched in the market. I know that MU8000 has been discontinued.
I really don't know about the 55"
My purchase was a 65" and Iv'e seen a number of stores advertising it at a great price, when it comes to TV's the bigger the better!
