Samsung SR367NW / SR368NTS

Design Flaw – I have to buy a new fridge after 6 years because this model has a design flaw. I have had a fridge repairer try to fix it, but the defrost system has failed. When it does defrost, it leaks water from the freezer into the fridge. When it fails to defrost, it blocks the vents to the fridge. Everything either freezes or goes off. 0/10, would not buy again.

No problems. Good working fridge – I have had no problems with this fridge. I am surprised by the number of negative reviews. I have had this fridge for the last 5 years and have moved 3 times. It has survived the moves and has been a great fridge/freezer. No problems with the frost free. All good.

Door shelves broke after 2 years replacements no longer available – I bought this fridge new 2 years ago & yesterday had to go buy a new fridge as the deep door shelf feel apart the whole bottom fell out of it & cant get a replacement as part no Longer Available: This means the part is no longer manufactured and all stock has been exhausted. a fridge bought new to last loner then 2 years or be able to buy replacement parts. Having a large family I need a fully functional fridge

Don't buy this or any Samsung fridge – I am just frustrated that I can't give minus or Zero stars to this peice of crap! Defrost system failure after one year, have to defrost manually every 6 months or so. A fridge should last at least 25 years with no problem, and this peice of crap is all the trouble you need in life! Wouldn'tbuy samsung fridge ever. Defrost system failure.

Terrible – This fridge has been nothing but trouble since we bought it. Almost from the very start it only kept things cold when turned to the highest setting. for parts then he fixed it. Two weeks later it stopped cooling again and we lost more food. I am now waiting, fridge-less for a technician to come next week. Samsung refuse to replace it even though it is clearly faulty and have been incredibly unhelpful every time I call them. Their 'customer care' phone line people actually told me that no one at that number can deal with grievances. I urge everyone out there to AVOID SAMSUNG AT ALL COSTS.

It has never worked properly and now has broken completely. I would have given no stars if that were an option.

appliances denied the fridge had a problem and that the technician was an incompetent. No refund as I did not have receipts and I am still waiting from samsung an answer. I have been with no fridge for 3 weeks and it is summer, close to christmas day...I will never buy a samsung anymore! none. just the colour

Terrible – Overall would not recommend this product. It was looked after very carefully and the service and repairs were very disappointing. Am looking at a replacement after only three years. Pleasing looks and design. Easy to keep clean. Stopped working after 6 months. Poor service, Technician had to order the same parts twice. Shelf broke after one year. It was also noisy but seems to have become quieter.

Excellent – A good fridge at a good price. Energy efficient design with top freezer. Plenty of room for two people. The compartment at top of fridge is really cold and so great for beers and meats etc. Haven't yet tried to switch the door to the other side it seems reasonably involved so delaying it. You notice when the fridge motor kicks in as the kitchen is open to my lounge but the fridge only seems to turn on for about 2 minutes which isn't long.

Definitely the best fridge I've ever had and much cheaper than f&p or american options plus more energy efficient :) Energy efficient, ice trays, glass shelves, lots of room, nice handles, simple clean design could be quieter when it switches on although quieter than a lot of fridges
