still showing as set temp but realised it felt hot and food was warm. We are a family of 6 living out of 2 camping eskies, we explained how important it is for us to have a working fridge for not only food but also for medication. Our first call to Samsung was on the 8th of February, they sent out a technician and we were told it will be covered under warranty, we are still waiting for a repair. Calling and asking to speak to case manager is a joke, because you’re told they will get back to you within 24-48hrs. Last week I was asked to provide the invoice for the first fridge that we had purchased but was replaced in 2018. I told Samsung that the first fridge was registered and replaced under warranty but still had to waste my time trying to find an invoice from 11years ago, for what I seriously have no idea. Never buying Samsung again!!!!

Worst ever fridge I ever purchased – I spent 4k on my fridge which I bought just over 2.5 years before and it broke down twice. Firstly, There was water leakage and now issue with fan noise, ice maker.  Show details

Biggest we could find – This time we went for the biggest and it did not disappoint. Plenty of room in this one. Well designed inside and out. The 4 door designs is smart. 3rd door can be used a s a freezer, the choice is yours. Cons: leaves finger prints, be prepared to continuously wipe down the doors. So much room! – I love the large capacity of this fridge, first time using a samsung fridge and I'm sold! it keeps produce and food fresh for a lot longer than my previous fridge and the compartments really help with organising the fridge, I often cook big batches of food and have no problem fitting it all in which is an absolute godsend! Really easy to get around and remove the storage spaces to clean which is amazing.  Show details

Perfect for the family – I really like the brand samsung and this is my first fridge from the group. I must say, I am truly happy with the functions, size, and the temperature zones. I was a bit nervous splashing so much money on this fridge but I have never been happier. Great to have ice easily dispensed.
