serious breakages already. Samsung are slow and unhelpful in my experience with spare parts and repairs. I resorted to purchasing parts from third parties overseas.

had to throw out most things. I contacted Samsung support, they sent a technician out at the end of last week to inspect it. No good, the gas had a leak and he couldn’t fix it and said the fridge section will die in the next couple days.
Finally heard back from Samsung today, they offered me store credit of the same value or a refund after 30 business days. I asked for a like for like replacement which I was told there isn’t any. Since I purchased this fridge on a Boxing Day discount of 700 off, I now have no fridge, no compensation for my lost food, have to wait 30 business days for the cash and now have to wait for a sale to get something of similar value which they don’t have anymore. Not to mention inflation…
Tldr: fridge broke, samsung support only offered credit or cash after a wait, no compensation for damages, now have to wait for a decent sale to get something similar in value which is hard with inflated prices thanks to the US money printers
Plenty of space, quiet with modern looks – We've had this fridge for 12 months now. Works like a charm, quiet, roomy, well lit (especially lights in freezer section) and looks great. This has easily allowed us to go from two fridges to one. Definitely recommend. Show details · 1
So far so good - happy with fridge – Got this fridge as a replacement of a different brand. So far i am really happy with it. Super spacious and love how one of the shelves in the main fridge can slide in - handy! The door compartments are nice and deep - can fit two x1 litre milk cartons front and back. compartment is a variable temperature zone and it comes in the FRIDGE setting by default. you have to switch it to the freezer manually.

Nothing but problems – Have owned this fridge for not even 2 years and its caused us nothing but issues. First it was the ice machine, then the main fridge stopped working, now the right fridge/freezer compartment has stopped working. More food now has to be thrown away and Samsung refuse to help! Have called the repair service centre who have fixed it the last two times and they have just told me that I am one of the lucky ones. Some people have had theirs repaired 6-7 times...
Would not recommend this product to my worst enemy.

Great, big fridge! – It maintains a consistent and reliable temperature. The side doors don't have trays. Multiple color options available and is running in a perfect condition. Perfectly suits a family of 4.
Awesome fridge – Great big fridge for a family. Nice organised compartments, great lighting. Large shelves on doors to put sauces etc. Has a shelf which slides back so you can stand up large bottles. Convertible fridge freezer seems simple enough, but we haven't used it as anything except a freezer since setup.
