Ordered chocolate ice cream for wifey and it had coconut which she is allergic too. Requested a swap and they answered that it "your problem". commenting on this to each other when a server, who had already ignored us for around five minutes, suddenly became confrontational and told us we could leave. When my friend tried to speak calmly with him, he appeared irrational and irritated. To avoid any further escalation, we chose to leave.

ever tried (we used to own a cafe) what really angered me was the owner response that they make them to tried and tested recipes and my displeasure was purely down to “personal taste” what an absolute joke. The most thick goopy bitter hot chocolate I’ve ever had. The problem is not the recipe but the 16 year olds making it who don’t know and don’t care how to make properly. $20 for 2 drinks that were rubbish. In tiny little cups as well. My coffee frappe was more cream than frappe. To not even apologize or offer any sort of compensation just shows the arrogance and attitude of the owner. Never will we return.

I did a 2 hour tiral shift unpaid no money or anything and maybe a few weeks later was told I had gotten the job and then I handed in all the information they asked for, I went in. store and they said that I would be starting maybe next week or week after, that was like 3 months again and I haven't heard anything since.

speaking to the manager to replace the spilled drink, and they put her on the phone — but she also refused to replace it, which shows how greedy and unprofessional this restaurant is.
We moved to another table, and when we tried to pull a small table over to make more space, the waiter told us we weren’t allowed to move tables. We ignored him and adjusted the table so we could sit comfortably. When we were leaving, he told us to put the table back, and when we didn’t respond, he started swearing at us.

It's my birthday, felt like churros, went to San Churros Garden City, thought they were going to be delicious.... Instead, tables were dirty, with plates, cups, etc. The latte i ordered in a mug tasted like they hadn't wash the mug in ages. The churros... They had so much sugar on them.... No cinnamon sugar just brown sugar... Honestly, didn't give 0 as this wasn't an option. Next time, I'll go to San Churro @ Orion... The best!!!

$15.30 for a hot chocolate with extra chocolate. When I asked about the price, the guy said Oh I think I charged too much and gave me a dollar. So now $14.30 for the drink. Was looking forward to a real creamy flavoursome chocolaty drink - when I got it, all I could taste was sugar. When the friendly chinese owner asked me how I like it, I told him and he offered to top the glass up with some milk - to dilute the sugar. by the lowered standards of San Churro. And to cheat people into paying extra for a chocolate dip that used to be complementary is utterly disgusting and ridiculous. I’ve lost a huge amount of respect for this business. Further to that, they seem to think that a wait time of 15-20 minutes for churros is a realistic timeframe when I know better as in the 15 years I’ve been coming to san churro, I’ve NEVER had to wait this long. dashers cancelled, even though at least one was apparently at the store. I have a specific lactose allergy and my hot chocolate was supposed to be lactose free and the other drink was meant to be a WHITE hot chocolate.
Our order comes freezing cold over an hr later. Not only is there NO WHITE CHOCOLATE and the one we do get isnt LARGE as we ordered, there is no lactose free hot chocolate. Upon calling the store that night the girl on the phone couldn't even tell me for sure it was lactose free and since they stuffed up the order completely I couldn't risk it.
I then complain to doordash who action a full refund which if I was able to order through the app would have been done straight away, but because it was through San churros website (since apparently the store was closed when it wasn't) i was told my refund would take between 10 TO 12 BUSINESS DAYS. FAST FORWARD TO TODAY IM STILL WAITING ON DAY 12 WITH NO REFUND IN SIGHT AND AN ESCALATION TO THE STORE TO TAKE PLACE, MEANING I HAVE TO WAIT EVEN LONGER FOR A REFUND THAT COULD OF TAKEN 5 MINUTES.
also to note in this time I contacted both doordash and San churro to keep up to date including today and STILL no one could do anything like WTH GIVE ME MY MONEY!!!

Disappointing train the staff in your new store – Was looking forward to San Churros newly opened in castle hill. Unfortunately disappointing. Not the food, just untrained, lack lustre staff, overcharging for things which are different to what is in the menu and on photos. Missing items that accompany drinks and over priced small servings.
