SavourLife Ancient Grains with Australian Kangaroo Adult Dog Food

Decent dog food albeit a bit expensive – My dogs love this kibble and so do I. My malamute, Snowy, has a sensitive tummy and is prone to diarrhoea but this doesn't trigger her at all. My husky, Mia, is a picky fussy eater generally but quite likes this food. brands. Within a week or so Banjo became a different dog. His fur became thick and suddenly developed a beautiful, luscious shine, he had more energy, seemed happier and he no longer suffered with troublesome bowel issues. That was 2 years ago now. Savourlife really did become our saviour. Yes, the product is expensive BUT the portion sizes are smaller as there are no bulking agents so you use a lot less. Our vet has commented on the improved condition of all aspects of both of our dogs and we also love that funds are shared with dog rescue groups so it’s good to know we’re helping to make a difference there too. Just wish we’d found the product sooner.

Savour Life Salmon. I can't say it's the best value for money, but I do shop around & go to the closest store with Price Matching (& I use Loyalty Discounts) which makes it much better value! (nods & smiles) I did try a variety of other "top name" brands before settling on this one, I was not impressed with the unexpected problems as mentioned before from some of the more highly rated & more expensive brands. I don't know what the other types of Savour Life are like but I'm very happy with this one for my ageing Beagle. I suppose I should add that he's very happy to get his dinner, but he's a Beagle, he's never been what you'd call a fussy eater lol.

Not all its cracked up to be – Have been a premium dog food buyer For a while now. and their poop was starting to get bad odour (meals for mutts you can never find the people who are the brand and they never reply to queries about where they source their meats or why dogs have suddenly reacted poorly to their product). So we gave savour life a go, seemed transparent. A couple making great dog food and helping dogs in need. Well 2 of my dogs get the runs on this food (bought 3 different types of the product) and will hardly touch any of it. One bag we opened had a few pedigree kibbles inside which made us think well not so premium.

I am over companies making these big stances on wholesome food when its not really. For the price you pay (we have 3 dogs so its not cheap ) you have a right to have higher expectations and honesty.

My dogs did better on supercoat which before i started buying premium that's what we were giving them. That and applaws brand

Tried many foods before Savourlife – One of my dogs has always been very sensitive to foods to the point of him ending up on a raw diet, but he couldn't keep the weight on when on raw. I had tried many good (expensive brands). I was drawn to Savourlife as it meets AAFCO nutritional values (in my opinion). And you can tell! Great food. Fantastic cause – I have 2 bulldogs and they love the Gluten free with Ancient grains and kangaroo. Their coats are lovely and shiny. The only thing is I didn't realise it has chicken meal in it. One of my dogs tends to have itch/ skin irritation more when she has chicken. unreliable suppiler – Savourlife has been lacking in supplies. tired to get my hand on one of these in stores for a while now and still nothing... don't want a brand where I cant rely on them being on the shelves. my dogs need consistency so I'm switching to a more reliable dog food brand.

Made dog sick instantly – Bought after shop assistant pushing Australian brand which I get , but it’s awful product my dog now having stomach trouble in a week , so I don’t recommend this food sorry  Show details

My dogs don’t like it – The puppy really doesn’t like it, which is saying something because he’s mostly lab and will generally eat anything. The good thing is, he’s losing a bit of weight because he’s not eating much. My other dog is a wolfhound and quite picky. I’ve got her on the adult food and she’s not eating much either. A very good dog food as it is grain free, I think that is the best for all puppies and dogs – My pup was raised on Pal Dog Food, after receiving a free sample of SavourLife product ( through the adoption agency) shortly after bringing him home the pup loved it, in fact when I ran out I went onto Pal puppy biscuits which was ok, but having tried other (grain) dog foods it upset his tummy, now at 8 months of age he won't eat just any o'l dog biscuits, Savour is number one in my opinion, it is much better on their digestive system. Show details ·  1

The best kibble out there – Reg adores the salmon kibble. He’s always excited for his breakfast and dinner. Wouldn’t give him anything else. Makes meal times a breeze. His coat is awesome and he’s in perfect health. Show details ·  1

Best dry food + helps rescues! – My greyhounds love this dry food (grain free chicken) including foster greyhounds - and I love the it helps rescues!
