Crap !!! Would not recommend – They refuse to reply to my emails but now my email won’t even let me send them a msg , they took my money but won’t give me or send me my Product which I ordered 5months ago .. please if your reading this , don’t get scammed !!!

Disappointed! – Had to wait so long for the order to arrive I had actually forgotten about it. I was so disappointed when I received the two small candles with hardly any smell. In one of the candles it looked like something weird was going on in the bottom of it also. Product does not look like product advertised on their website.

I use their perfumes daiy – I have both their perfume subscription and have purchased perfume oils. I loved both. Had some issues with the perfume oils as one product was missing, but was easy to just contact them and they quickly organised it to be sent with a bonus perfume oil. I love their products i use them daily
Great Perfumes. Support small business! – These guys are great. Have been a perfume subscriber for many months and just purchased the creed perfume oils which in my opinion smell stronger and last longer than the originals. It baffles me why people complain about delivery times when half of Australia is in lockdown, nothing better to do than complain about small businesses trying to survive. Scammers – Took 49.90 for the luxury perfume subscription in November, havent recieved in now March. Have emailed and the emails just bounce back. Will be reporting to ACCC, Shopify and blocking the transactions through my bank. Their website now is down, not a good way to conduct business.
Terrible – Have had a subscription for over 12 months have always waited up to 2 months for my products, but this thing m still waiting can’t log into my account, can’t send emails have reported to ACCC & shopfiy! I have also blocked the merchant on my credit card and requested a refund which I will get!! Was great when it started, would not recommend now !! Absolutely appalling.
Scammers – First order received, second order never received and they took the money, messaged them multiple times no answer. Disgusting it’s called theft !!!

email and on tik tok and now their website is not even working anymore- so that’s 80dollars of my hard earned money gone to waste!
Scam – Ordered on off product. Some how got signed up to the subscription. Tried multiple times to get in contact to cancel. Told me I didn’t have an account even though they sent me daily emails. Received the second package over a month after they said it was shipping and it was the same as the first months perfumes. Had to cancel my bank cards to cancel subscription. Don’t waste your money!

Don’t waste your time – First order turned up okay was happy with product so signed up to a subscription, money came out but order was never fulfilled have tried to contact company on several occasions and don’t get any response back. Very disappointed
Horrible service, take money & don’t send product – My first order went smoothly so decided not to cancel my subscription after receiving a one off discount code for the first order. Second order, money debited from my account, order is still unfulfilled 6 weeks later, I have emailed 3 times, and messaged on instagram to no response. Really unimpressed with the service, just want transparency on where my order is or a refund.
Trying to cancel subscription – Continually tried to cancel subscription but they claim they can't find my subscription. After numerous emails they still debit my credit card and send unwanted product. Now they ignore my emails all together. Becareful about signing up for subscription. Bad experience.

Terrible – I ordered 3 oil perfumes. Over a month later I contacted their support team because I had no updates and no parcel. They apologised and finally the product was shipped. When I received it, it was boxed nicely but none of the scents were what I ordered. Would not recommend.
Extreme shipping delays, average fragrance – I susbscribed to the perfume subscription and was genuinely disappointed by the service. communicating delays after they had already shipped, not proactively communicating with customers. The quality of what I received when I eventually did get it was a bit disappointing. Both designer perfume samples would have been on sale at Chemist Warehouse for around $60 and I got two of the sae perfume oil...I genuinely would never have purchased any of these fragrances and will be giving them away. Unfortunately a bit of a waste of money and the service is just not good enough for me.
Great 1st Time Experience – After being referred to Scentstylr by a friend who has purchased in the past. I ordered 3 perfume oils all were delivered to Melb in about 6 days (which I thought to be good considering all the news about delays with Australia post and covid at the moment). Order came nicely packaged and the quality of the perfumes is great, no complaints there. Show reply
Beautiful products – I received my products yesterday and I am in love. I ordered a candle and perfume oils and they smell just like the perfumes. Delivery did take a little over two weeks but their customer service team was helpful. Will purchase again. Show reply
Delivered Was Ok, Really Nice Quality – I read the reviews before purchasing and decided to buy anyway as most the of the comments seem to be about the shipping delays and not the quality. I am in Australia and it was delivered in about 8 days (I’m in NSW). The perfume oils I ordered are actually really good. So overall my experience was good and would order again. Show reply

A great idea, just poorly managed – Have been waiting over a month for 2 orders. Tried repeatedly to contact them with unacceptable responses. Do not purchase.
Still waiting – Ordered a car air freshener and diffuser on 18/08/2021 and am still yet to receive this order. I have contacted them 3 times, their customer service team are not helpful and have not helped at all.
Terrible – Ordered beginning of September and still have not received anything. Emailed with no response. Disputing transaction with credit card and cancelling my subscription.

BEWARE – Don't order from this company! Save your time and money. I ordered some perfume oils at the end of august. Heard nothing for 2 weeks, contacted them twice and finally got a response and a promise they would ship my parcel express the following business day ! It's been a month and I haven't received my parcel OR a refund that I require 2 days ago. Absolute RUBBISH company

Dangerous! – My candle shattered into tiny dangerous shards of glass! Could have caused a fire! The product too two months to ship! Company take no responsibility and didn’t respond to my feedback. Deleted my public feedback also! Stay away! Terrible customer service and lack of care and responsibility!
Pathetic Communication - Taken Money but No Goods – Placed an order and they are quick to take your money, and slow to respond. Still waiting over a week now and still no tracking number for delivery, no answer to emails, no phone number to contact them. I have now given them 24 hours to respond before I report them.
Didn’t smell at first but once a light smelt lovely – Ordered mine express took 2 weeks to receive waste of money ordering express and received both candle si Bella and Clinique both based On my mums favourite perfumes at first I was disappointed I thought oh no there is no smell but since burning them my mum absolutely loves them
